We had a great stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Communication from the managers was excellent from start to finish, making everything smooth and easy. The house itself was very clean, well stocked, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit.We especially loved the pool and pergola areas—they were perfect for relaxing and spending time together. The location was quiet, which made it easy to unwind, yet still close to many fun things to do and great places to eat downtown.The kids had an amazing time with the pool table and ended up playing over 55 games during our stay! The beds were also very comfortable, ensuring everyone got a good night’s sleep. On top of all that, the weather was great while we were there, which made the trip even more enjoyable.Overall, a fantastic stay—we would definitely come back!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Lake Havasu property and couldn’t have been more impressed. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was truly immaculate—spotlessly clean, well-organized, and clearly very well cared for. You can tell the owners take pride in maintaining a high standard.Check-in was seamless with the door code provided ahead of time, and we really appreciated how easy and stress-free the whole process was. The welcome kit was a great touch and made us feel right at home immediately.The outdoor setup was perfect—the pool was crystal clear and ready to go, and the hot tub was already heated and waiting for us, which made for a relaxing start to our trip. The entire space, both inside and out, was thoughtfully arranged and very comfortable for our stay.The home had everything we needed and more, from a well-stocked kitchen to comfortable living spaces. It struck the perfect balance between feeling like a vacation getaway and having all the conveniences of home.Overall, this was one of the best VRBO experiences we’ve had. Everything was exactly as described (if not better), and the attention to detail really stood out. We will absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and hassle-free place to stay in Lake Havasu.

This place was greatDidn’t have to pay for pool or hot tub to be heated. Both were perfect temperatures. The house was setup nice for the kids. Ron answered any questions that came up very quickly. Great location to grocery stores or to go grab a bite to eat. Definitely would stay here again.
