Pete's Place is a brand new home in a great location, with refrigerated air conditioning! Short drive to Virgin Galactic and Spaceport America. Across the street from the Turtleback Mountain Golf & Resort.Three minutes to Elephant Butte Lake and Marina Del Sur. Minutes away from the Turtleback Taphouse and Grill, Los Arcos Steakhouse, the TorC Brewery, the amazing River Bend Hot Springs, and numerous other restaurants, hot springs, and galleries. Plenty of room to park all of your lake toys, BBQ, and enjoy the lake life!!!

Relax and unwind in this newly built (2023) four-bedroom, two-bathroom home designed for comfort and convenience. The spacious master suite features a queen-sized bed, 60 inch Smart TV, and a private bathroom, thoughtfully situated on one side of the home for added privacy. On the opposite side, you'll find two bedrooms with queen-sized beds and a fourth bedroom with two twin beds—perfect for families or groups.
Enjoy free Wi-Fi throughout the house and a brand new Samsung Smart TV in the living room for all your streaming and entertainment needs. The fully stocked kitchen is ready for home-cooked meals, with ample seating at the bar and around the large dining room table for gathering and conversation.
A washer and dryer are available for your convenience during longer stays. Step through the sliding glass door to a cozy backyard where you might spot quail roaming and take in New Mexico’s beautiful blue skies and stunning starry nights.

There is plenty of room to park your toys directly in front of the residence. The adjacent vacant desert lot next to our backyard is owned by our neighbors. Enjoy the desert wildlife and the scenery, but please respect their privacy and do not trespass onto their property. The garage next door is private property and not accessible to guests. Please do not park your vehicles in any way that would block either garage door.

The family traveled down from out of state to visit my dad. The house was perfect. Fit the posting perfectly and well cleaned perfectly. We overly enjoyed our stay at the property. And would love to use for future trips.

Wonderful weekend house for our family of 5. Very clean and open floor plan. Enough space in the front to park our boat. Owner was responsive when we needed information.

Clean everything new. Air conditioner worked perfectly. 2 bathrooms instead of one would have been convenient. Overall 👍
