About this apartment rental
Welcome to the Massif du Sancy:
We offer you our 33m2 apartment with its terrace.
It is located 50m from the Parc Fenestre (entrance on the upper side of the children's playground) and 800m walk from the city center (shops, thermal baths, casino...)
Many hiking trails start nearby.
A room is available to store your bikes and/or ski equipment.
In the winter season, a free shuttle, which leaves from the downtown, will take you to the Mont Dore resort.
Our apartment is located on the first floor.
Access is through a gate on the side of the house (note that there are 8 steps with a ramp to access it from the road).
It consists of a bedroom with:
- 1 bed 140 x 190 (equipped with a duvet 220x240 and 2 pillows 60x60)
- 2 bunk beds (equipped with 140x200 duvets and 60x60 pillows)
We can provide optional sheets and towels.
(15€ per bed per week, free from the second week)
The living room has a sofa bed, a table for 4 people, a storage unit and a TV.
The TV is equipped with an orange decoder with Netflix, Disney+, AmazonPrime applications... (provided you have an account -> remember to log out when leaving).
You will have access to orange fiber with wifi.
The living room is open to the fully equipped and functional kitchen: dishwasher for 12 people, large fridge with freezer, oven, microwave oven, ceramic hob, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker...
The bathroom is equipped with a whirlpool shower, a sink with storage unit, a toilet and a towel radiator.
In the hallway you have a large storage cupboard with a wardrobe area, as well as a washing machine.
At the end of the terrace you will find a wire to hang your laundry (there is also a small drying rack for the inside).
The 25m2 terrace is closed by a gate. It has an outdoor table with 4 chairs and a parasol, as well as 2 deckchairs.
In the courtyard there is a 4m2 lockable room where you can store your bikes and/or ski equipment.
We provide baby equipment: booster seat for eating, bathtub, potty, toilet reducer, travel cot (mini) and hiking baby carrier.
You will find some small books and games to keep young and old busy.
The environment is quiet. Free parking spaces are available in front of the accommodation.
We have recently redecorated our apartment and made sure that it is functional. We hope you will have a pleasant stay there.
To prepare your stay as well as possible, do not hesitate to consult the website on the Sancy tourist office which is really well done and full of information (market day, outdoor and indoor activities, places to visit...)
You can also install the "sancy explorer" application which will inform you about the many hikes, accessible to strollers and mountain bikes.
