Upstairs, there are 2 double bedrooms, one of which opens onto a balcony, with double beds (140 x 200), 1 separate toilet, and 1 bathroom with a towel warmer. All bedrooms have built-in closets.
The house features a beautiful outdoor area of approximately 500 m², enclosed, shaded, and tree-lined, with an outdoor grill. A carport attached to the villa provides covered parking.
