About this house rental
Welcome to The Swell Club! We have everything you need for a fun stay on 30A: a large balcony for morning coffee, a fully-equipped kitchen, two king size beds and a pullout sofa, smart TVs, a spa shower, and an inviting and airy living area. We also have a new 6-seater golf cart you can use to get around the 30A! We are about a 30-second walk to the large and friendly resort pool. When you stay at The Swell Club, you’ll be a quick zip to the most beautiful beaches in the country. Daily entertainment, restaurants, and shops are just across the street at The Big Chill.
The Space
The Swell Club features soaring 12-foot ceilings, hardwood floors, a spacious kitchen, and Roku smart TVs for your streaming enjoyment in the living room and each of the bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king size bed, a walk-in closet, and a large shower. The second bedroom has a king size bed, and the adjacent bathroom has a shower/tub combination. There is a full-size washer/dryer and a crib and a highchair for anyone traveling with little ones. The comfortable sofa features a queen size pullout bed. The living space is entirely on the second floor after you enter the home at the ground level.
Amenities
You will enjoy access to two neighborhood resort style pools (heated seasonally), offering poolside chairs, cabanas and grills. The Swell Club provides beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas for your stay.
Notes
No one under age 25 may rent. Parent of anyone under 25 must be on premises for the duration of the stay.
No pets. Animals are prohibited due to family and guest allergies.
No smoking.
No parties or events.
Parking is available for one vehicle only.

Minutes to Watersound, Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, Seaside and Watercolor. Equal distance and easy bike ride to Seaside and Rosemary Beach.
There are two beach access points about 0.5 miles away - the beautiful Deer Lake State Park to the west and Gulf Lakes Access to the east.
Golf carts can be easily rented through 30A Gulf Carts - this is the only golf cart rental service for Prominence. Please contact Adam at https://30agulfcarts.com/and he can deliver your golf cart directly to our home for you and pick it up upon departure.
Bicycles can be rented during your stay rather easily across the street at the Big Chill. Check out Salt Air Bike Rentals https://www.saltair30a.com/ for more information.

Everything about this stay was great. The guides the host provided were accurate and genuinely helpful, which made everything easy from the start. There’s plenty to do if you need to wait until check-in. We loved heading to the beaches in Swellington; A full charge was plenty to get to Santa Rosa Beach — the dunes were really unique and unlike anywhere we’d been. The pool was easy to access too, though we usually preferred to walk since everything was so close by. Ordering groceries ahead of time didn’t work out for us, but the supermarket was close enough that it was not an issue. Highly recommend, and we’d stay again!

The first time we stayed here was just my wife and I and we knew it would do perfectly for our family of 5. Kiddos are 4, 7, and 7. Everything is clean and well kept up! Corie is also very communicative and we had a couple questions that were answered within minutes. Couch was extremely comfortable as well as the beds! The golf cart was amazing to use and it was wonderful to be across from “The Big Chill” which is an area with food establishments and shopping. Also they have DJ nights on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday and cater to the littles, so everyone can join in on the fun. Back to the house though: We cooked a couple times and all the utensils and supplies were easy to find. Supplies for the beach was great! The wife and I only used an umbrella and a couple of chairs, but there are pool noodles and more chairs too if you need more! Would stay here again and may make this our place to stay every year / other year when we come to seaside!

We had an excellent stay! The host was great during all communications, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. The property was clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. All beach items were provided, which was incredibly convenient. Being close to the pool was a huge plus, and the golf cart made getting around easy. Highly recommend!

Located within walking distance to the Big Chill and very close to the pool! Owner was great at communication and sending us info on the area. The rental was stocked with everything we needed including beach toys! We would definitely stay here again.
