The primary bedroom features a King bed and private ensuite bath, while the guest bedroom includes two Twin beds and easy access to the hall bathroom. A Queen sleeper sofa in the living room offers additional sleeping space, making this villa ideal for couples and families alike. Step out onto your private balcony to take in peaceful views of the renowned Atlantic Dunes Golf Course, the perfect backdrop for morning coffee or evening unwinding.
Enjoy the ease of a washer and dryer in the villa, complimentary WiFi, four beach chairs, and four free adult bicycles—perfect for exploring the miles of shaded bike paths throughout Sea Pines, often called “Bicycle Heaven.” Guests also have access to two on-site pools (open April through October) and are just a short walk from the popular Sea Pines Beach Club.

Good: Dishes, utensils and cutlery were clean and very nice. View was great. Appliances were very nice.Missing: Toaster, Scissors, Tongs, Large pillow cases, Place mats, Hot pads, Blinds on front window. Coat rack or storage table in front area. General: Bottom right drawer in master bedroom dresser is broken. Hot water in ensuite sink not working (valve stuck?). Threshold between carpet and floor to master pops up.Paint on doors, baseboards and trim not finished. Washing machine was dirty. Water was shut off - I opened the valves.
