About this house rental

Cozy and adorable, fully restored 100-year old bungalow with original hardwood floors, a newly renovated bathroom with walk-in shower, and expansive outdoor space for true Florida living. New impact glass windows allow for plenty of natural light while providing a whisper-quiet and serene escape, with a brand new roof and AC to stay cool. Full-size washer and dryer are included to lighten your packing load. This home is offered fully furnished and move-in ready, thoughtfully stocked with all essential kitchenware, high-quality linens, and household amenities to make your long-term stay effortless.

Located in the heart of St. Pete's charming residential Five Points / Crescent Heights / Allendale Terrace neighborhoods with both driveway and street parking, you are convenient to both downtown and the beach, without the hassle of a downtown high rise or noise from short-term vacationers.

A FOODIE'S DREAM: A short walk to Trader Joe's, Fresh Market, Rollin' Oats (local, Organic) and Aldi, with a brand new Whole Foods and 2 Publix stores less than a mile away! Many of our favorite local restaurants are in the neighborhood: El Cap (Burgers), Cali (Californian), Jay Luigi (Italian), Casual Clam (Seafood/Bar), Casita Taqueria (Latin), Pineapple Espresso (coffee/breakfast), and the hippest new spot, The Violet Stone (Philly-style pizza and cheesesteaks).

RESTORE AND RELAX: Take a short, 10-minute walk to Coffee Pot Park Bayou (manatee, dolphin, and bird watching) - the starting point for North Bay Trail (6-mile paved walking/biking waterfront path that takes you straight to downtown and the St. Pete Pier), 5-minutes to Crescent Lake (22-acre lake, walking paths, tennis/pickle ball, playground), and 2 blocks away from Body Electric Yoga. A short 20-minute drive takes you to top-rated beaches: Madeira Beach, Treasure Island, and our favorite - Pass A Grille, home of the famous Don Cesar hotel and sunsets at Paradise Grill (our favorite spot at the beach!)

IDEAL FOR REMOTE WORK: Fast wi-fi with multiple workspace options - including a brightly-lit entry room with a desk and operable French doors, a sunny dining nook, and outdoor patio space with comfy furniture make this an ideal remote work location, with close proximity to a USPS post office, UPS Store, and FedEx Office for all business needs. Easy access to downtown Saint Petersburg and I-275 (15 minutes to Feather Sound) also make this an excellent choice for relocation and corporate housing.

This location is approximately 20 minutes from Tampa (TPA) airport and 15 minutes from St. Pete (PIE) airport.

Your local hosts live only a few blocks away and are available to assist with any immediate needs, questions, and local recommendations!
