Nestled within a beautiful community, it offers a plethora of extra amenities, including Ping Pong, Air Hockey, Two E-Bikes for your use, an outdoor Fire Pit, a PlayStation 5, a Record Player, and a kids Playground / Park right out the front door. Plus, you'll have easy access to the nearby ski slopes, with the gondola and renowned Deer Valley just a short 10 minute drive from your doorstep. Prepare to unwind and rejuvenate in your very own private tub under a covered balcony area with breathtaking 180 degree views of the nearby hills. This serene retreat features an HDTV and a spacious hot tub that comfortably accommodates up to six people. It's the perfect spot to soothe tired muscles after a day of skiing or hiking, while immersing yourself in the beauty of the surroundings.

For golf enthusiasts, we also offer access to our premium Golf Simulator! This amenity is available for an additional fee of $200 per stay and is subject to equipment functionality. Upon payment, detailed instructions for activation will be provided to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. Please note that guests must bring their own golf clubs and balls. Whether you're perfecting your swing or enjoying a casual round with friends, this feature brings an exciting new dimension to your stay.

As you arrive, the spacious garage welcomes you with parking for up to two cars and features an entertaining ping pong table. Not only that, but it also boasts an Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Station (220V), ensuring convenience for eco-conscious travelers.

If you are bringing pets you must let us know in writing in advance.

During the winter you must drive a snow capable vehicle, preferably a vehicle that is 4WD or AWD, carry the correct chains and know how to use them (legal requirement), and plan your trip accordingly knowing this is a ski town and we can get 1-2 ft of snow within a 24 hour period. A driver who has experience driving in the snow is great as well.

Must sign our rental agreement and complete ID verification within 48 hours of booking confirmation or forfeit your reservation.

There is a door bell camera at the front door. There is a whole home alarm system. There is a camera that is apart of the main alarm panel that has been covered and is not recording.
