SECURITY BOND: A security bond is compulsory for all reservations. All reservations must pay a Security Bond of $1500.00 no later than the day prior to arrival.
CLEANING & LINEN FEES: All cleaning and linen fees must be paid when the reservation is made.

Bedding config:
• Bed 1: Queen bed.
• Bed 2: Queen bed.
• Bed 3: Double + single (bunk style) + single.
• Downstairs Rumpus: Bunk Bed (Double bed on bottom & Single bed on top).
Linen hire is not included, if guests wish to hire sheets, towels, pillowcases and have made beds up prior to arrival, there is an additional fee of $50.00 per person not included in the nightly rates or clean fee.

Amazing views, large house with kids games room downstairs that they loved, plenty of room for 2 families, house was well equipped.

My family and young children came to stay here over the weekend!
The house is spacious and modern! The view is beautiful!
If you have young children bring 3 baby gates as there is multi levels. The golf buggy is NOT included. There isnt directions to any where, so you can either walk to the end up the street and walk down 4 long sets of steep stairs or 4x4 to "house parking" then walk to tangalooma resort/ restaurants.
The kids room is far from the main room so again if you have little kids bring a baby monitor or you may need to move there mattresses into your room like we did, a house plan may be helpful for future guests 😁
