Crystal beach villa is a luxury, tropical paradise located on the Texas Gulf Coast intracoastal waterways. This beautiful upscale Villa captures, magnificent, waterfront views, prevailing Gulf tropical breezes, spectacular sunrises, and sunsets. This house is all about family fun from gathering around the outdoor bar downstairs to fishing and crabbing off the 300ft ICW bulkhead. We have everything you need to have an amazing fun filled stay. The beach is also just a short golf cart or a car ride down the road. Have the best of both worlds with her wonderful access to the beach, less than a mile away an incredible views, and fun on the intercoastal. Don’t forget Galveston is a short ferry trip away. Ideal for weddings ,retreats, and family reunions. Crystal Beach Villa has approximately 4000 ft.² of living space with five bedrooms 4.5 bathrooms an indoor elevator, an outdoor full bar with sink refrigerator and blender 2600 ft.² of outdoor hospitality. It has a large deck with an outdoor kitchen and private balconies off the three bedrooms.
The kitchen is a chef’s dream with a commercial refrigerator, oven, icemaker, warming drawer, 2-12 cup coffee makers, and a Keurig two dishwashers and a walk-in pantry filled with beautiful serving dishes of every variety in a large freezer.
Enjoy your meals in the spectacular, octagon shaped dining area, surrounded by windows, displaying the amazing views. The living area is spacious. There is a blue tooth speaker for the downstairs area.
The master suite, privately located on the east wing of the estate has a king size bed, a beautiful open space for the sitting area by the large windows, facing the water to relax in the air conditioning, while enjoying the stunning view and an en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and walk in closet
There’s a second smaller master suite on the west side of the home with en-suite full bath.

The elevator did not work. There was a bad storm and there was a leak in the pantry and master closet. I cleaned it up but it was still raining when we left. Overall it’s a beautiful cabin my grandchildren loved fishing off the dock, they caught a lot of fish and some crabs. The outdoor kitchen was a disappointment bc it’s not useable everything was rusty and didn’t work. We bought an old Smokey to grill with so it worked out. Lots of cookware in kitchen. Loved the commercial fridge. The vent a hood did not work but we didn’t use the stove top much so not an issue

This was the best yearly family beach stay that we have had. We have been going to Crystal beach for at least 45 years and this was by far was the best. We loved being able to fish from the property. The kids had a blast and no one wanted to leave. The home was immaculate and we had everything we needed. Will defiantly consider staying again next year.

Fantastic house for four families to stay in. The house is laid out well. Short drive to the beach and great fishing right off the bulkhead. We’ve stayed at this house several times and they have upgraded it to make it even better. Can’t wait to come back!

The property was excellent. Nice and clean. Good fishing right at the back door. We had a blast. The kids loved it. The only problem was I was accused of stilling a fan that we brought ourselves, because there was no fan on the back patio area. Imagine my surprise when i get a phone call at work from the property manager.

I had my wedding here this past weekend! It was breath taking. The view was the talk of the day and night. Everyone would just wake up early to go see the view. We even saw a dolphin one morning!! The host was quick at responding and so nice and helpful. We are now coming back once a year for a holiday. This was great. I literally have not one complaint.

I would give the villa a 4 out of 5. The house and property are gorgeous but some updates are needed. There is plenty of space for guests with spacious bedrooms.The leather furniture has cracks in it and the exterior needs to be cleaned. The wooden handrails have large gaps between them that small children can fit through. There are gorgeous views from the upstairs decks, although safety of small children is a concern. The website states plenty of parking... we were able to fit 5 cars in the driveway and 5 more on the side of the house. If updates were made, I would definitely reserve again!

This is the third time we’ve rented this property. Host is great and communicates with you well. The audio and video systems are a bit over my head, then the grandchildren showed up and everything thing worked Just fine. Great fishing, boating, sun views and the beach is 3 minutes south. We love watching the intracoastal waterway traffic and navigating the Texas coast. The Galveston strand is only a 30 minute boat ride.

Overall this property is truly wonderfully amazing. I would definitely stay here again. While the inside of the property was immaculate, the outside is starting to show a little bit of aging. Where else can you fish, crab, and harvest oysters from the side or back of the house? IT WAS WONDERFUL!!!

This property was a great stay for families and great place to get away from it all. With the patio and lower level being so open it gave us a great sense of comfort. I would suggest to redo or make the upper level railings safer for little kids to be around in. We wouldn’t let the little ones out being worried they will fall between the rails.

Lovely property. Well maintained. A little short on towels - bring extras. You'll need better tech savvy than I have to make use of the various televisions around the house. But no matter. The elevator is amazing. The kitchen offers everything one could want! The deck offers a great view of the water and all the barges coming and going. Beautifully located to enjoy all that Crystal Beach has to offer. Carinn is marvelous to work with. Helpful -- quick to respond. No complaints -- only compliments. Wonderful time. Thanks!

This property was absolutely gorgeous!! My wedding party and immediate family stayed with us at the house all weekend and wedding was on Saturday! My day was absolutely perfect and I would definitely rent this place again! The fishing was excellent, they had kayaks for use and was just so fun all around!

This home is perfect for a large group. The kitchen has plenty of nice serving dishes, but not a lot of extra appliances such as crock pot. Beds were very comfortable. If you enjoy spending time outdoors, then this is the house for you! Carinn, the property manager was a delight to work with.

Loved this place. The property manager was so helpful and the wedding was wonderful as a result. The only complaints we had were that the air conditioning was not turned down prior to our arrival and it took several hours to get the temperature comfortable. It was a particularly warm day. Also one of the dishwashers was broken and wouldn’t start so we ended up having to move dishes to the second dishwasher but Thank God we had that option! The kitchen at this place is absolutely fabulous!

I would like to start off by saying the property manager, Carinn, is AMAZING! Not only did she help with The CB Villa, but also assisted quite a few of our guests in getting beach houses for our wedding. All of our guests were very impressed and my wedding was perfect! This is a great place to use for large events. We had a bulb go out downstairs and the handyman showed up promptly to fix the issue. We did have an artic wind come through and moved the wedding in front of the garage/driveway, but it was still perfect! I had to have a place that truly accommodated my mother, who is in a wheelchair. She was able to sit right next to me while I got ready and that is something I will never forget! The indoor and outdoor space is large, and guests would go in the bunkhouse to warm up. All of our family brought their fishing gear and caught right off the bulkhead. Great memories and would highly recommend to others! Carinn- thank you so much for answering ALL 500 of my questions.

We stayed 12 nights at the Villa and loved it! We also got married there. Spectacular wedding photos! The views and the sunsets are incredible! It is a BEAUTIFUL location! Property management was EXCELLENT! We had a few maintenance issues but Carinn was very prompt on getting it fixed. Very clean, excellent layout, great location. Fishing and crabbing was excellent! Boat lift was a bonus for us! The neighbors were so kind and very friendly. We cannot wait to go back! No complaints at all! Do not hesitate to book the Crystal Beach Villa, you will not be disappointed!

The Villa was everything and more. I will always remember it as being where my forever began with my husband. Carrin was very helpful, and unlike a previous review, there is a great elevator that was very helpful going up and down. The owners Craig and Jerry are phenomenal people. I will give a word of advice, as we are learning the hard way and will not receive our deposit back. Do not let the owners let you in, wait for Carrin to actually get there and give, you the code, keys and a walkthrough. During the walkthrough take pics of everything. Make sure she tells you how everything works. Also, the range in the kitchen is on the island and is glass. I suggest not letting anyone near it as it blends in with the countertop. Bring your own toliet paper, The Big Store is expensive. Maybe on checkout ask Carrin if she can return to do the walkthrough and take more pics. Also, if you are getting married on a Saturday as I did make sure their yard service rakes the debris well. We got as much of the excess grass up as we could but it was still a lot left. All in all with these tips the Villa is a wonderful place to have an event or just hangout with your family. I hope this advice helps someone!!!

The downstairs patio right on the water is the best feature of this home. With 4 hammocks, fishing on a private dock, room for kids of all ages to play and lush gorgeous vegetation and a grassy area all right on the water with amazing views, it is great. The bedrooms are all good sized but the showers in this house take the cake, double shower heads and body sprayers, it's the best way to end a day in the sun! This house is fully stocked, with a pantry not shown in the pictures there's everything from serving ware to condiments and everything in between - just bring your food and drinks, nothing else needed for meal preparation. The only cons were that there isn't actually an elevator as advertised and that was only an issue for us due to a disabled family member who needed it. The balconies do not have actual railings but open benches, having a 2 and 5 year old this was terrifying - I can't imagine this meets code but with a close eye on them and firm rules we enjoyed the gorgeous views from huge balconies with a great outdoor kitchen set up and patio furniture. The upstairs room is not advertised as part of the house but it's not locked and not in a state I'd recommend taking a peak at. Overall though the upgrades in the home lend itself to accommodating large groups of people while giving everyone their own space and feeling like you're not sacrificing a single luxury while on vacation. The owner was great to work with and incredibly friendly. A must stay!
