About this cottage rental
Welcome to our magical corner in France! If you dream of a vacation in picturesque surroundings, where time flows slower, LA COLLINE DE TILLEUL is the right choice for you. Located in the idyllic & peaceful countryside, a stone's throw from one of the "most beautiful villages of France" & 10 minutes away from thriving market town of Chalais. This spacious studio is waiting for you to enjoy the tranquility and charms of the French countryside as well as large swimming pool and numerous facilities.
DE LA COLLINE, a beautifully decorated stone-built cottage, is ideal for a couple. It’s a very spacious studio with newly fitted kitchen (fridge-freezer, electric oven, full size gas hob, microwave, coffee machine, kettle etc), dining and lounge areas, double shower, separate toilet and comfortable queen bed. There is a TV and fibre Internet connection. Whoever stayed in De La Colline, absolutely loved it and wished they could stay longer. It has a private terrace overlooking the swimming pool, where you can enjoy the views from the hilltop down the valley, towards a small lake, distant woods and fields.
In your cottage you will find all we feel you need, from the highest quality bedding and towels, toiletries (body wash, soap, shampoo and conditioner), hairdryer, to tea, coffee capsules, herbs and spices, and even freshly cut flowers from the garden, so you can enjoy your escape to the country to the fullest. For longer stays you can expect a welcome basket with local or homemade products as well. Upon request, we offer breakfast and meals which we serve at your cottage. Super place, easy to get to local places like St Romaine, Aubeterre, and Limoges and Cognac.
Hosts were very generous—great breakfasts, and made dinner for us one night.
We’ll stay there again when we’re in the Chalais area
