Cabin features recently renovated kitchen and baths with ample sized bedrooms. Enjoy days of nearby beaches*, boating, hiking, cycling, and skiing. Walk to the nearby championship golf course for 18 holes or simply relax on one of Tahoe's great beaches. Then retreat to relaxing evenings eating dinner on the spacious deck and then retiring to the firepit to watch a movie on the large outdoor television, or just cozying up near the living room gas stove.
With exposed beams, a bright interior with lots of windows and natural light, a chef's kitchen, full-sized washer/dryer, and even a Peleton for rainy days or between days on the slopes, this modern cabin will not disappoint.
Downstairs features a large bedroom with a king-sized bed adjacent to a bathroom with a spacious modern shower. Just through the hallway is the kitchen and family room with sliding door access to the deck with a delightful outdoor mountain ambience. Upstairs features another large bedroom and even larger bonus room with a desk and pull-out queen-sized sofa bed, along with another large modern bathroom with full-sized tub.
The exterior of the property is monitored for safety and snow maintenance by a Ring Doorbell on the front of the house and a Ring camera on the rear deck. There are no cameras on the inside of the property.
* Guests can access and use Incline Village facilities including the recreation center (gym, tennis & pickleball) and 2 golf courses however they must pay the non-resident rates. Access to Incline beaches is generally limited to residents however there is nearby Kings Beach and Sand Harbor Beach. Please note we are unable to provide IVGID cards to guests. Everything was seamless and the house was perfect for myself, husband and 4 year old! We will definitely rent there again! It is so close to everything!!!!!

My wife and I, plus the two dogs had a great time. We have been going to North Lake Tahoe for the last ten years in the summer time to hike and let the dogs swim in the lake and Truckee river. The cabin we stayed in was very nice and easy to keep clean. All the amenities shown in the add were as stated. The entire interior was very clean and just recently remodeled. I would suggest this cabin to anyone. The cabin is located central to all of North Shore's amenities. Thank you to the management and owner for a great stay, not one problem!!!

We had a wonderful stay! This cabin has just recently come on the rental market and the hosts could not have been nicer. The unit has been tastefully updated and was well stocked with everything we needed for multi-week booking including an office.
There is a nice outdoor setup complete with a BBQ and corner couch. There are also beach towels, a well stocked kitchen, plush towels and a very nice welcome gift.
We were within walking distance of the Incline Village golf club and Chateau restaurant with beautiful views overlooking the greens. There is a grocery store and the East Shore Trail within a short drive as well. One tip is that Sand Harbor parking can fill up quickly but you can bike or walk in for a small fee.
We enjoyed the local chipmunks and Stellar Jays and chickadees that frolicked about as well.
We didn't have any issues with bears but you do need to keep your car doors locked and make sure garbage is disposed of securely in the locking bins.
