Overlooking Chesapeake Bay, this charming Annapolis home is nestled in the serene Bay Ridge community, just steps away from a private beach. Bring the whole family together and relish watching gorgeous sunrises and sunsets and taking in panoramic bay views from both levels of this home's wraparound porches. When you aren't lounging and watching yellow, pink, and orange hues fill the sky, head for the backyard, where a patio, ample seating, and a gas grill provide the perfect space to host cookouts! The screened, first-level wraparound porch is also a prime location to host crab feasts or barbecues while looking out onto the water.
Surrounded by mature landscaping, you will feel right at home when you pull into the driveway of this lovely house. Step inside and instantly notice the bright living area adorned with soft seating and a large TV. The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We enjoyed our stay at the Salty Crab bay house this past week. It was exactly like the photos portrayed. The only issue we had was with the door code box - but Vacasa helped us get that corrected. We will definitely return!

Fantastic view and a great location. The neighborhood is beautiful. The house is old but it was very clean. The stairs to the second floor are steep and very loud and creaky. The kitchen was very clean although there was leftover food in the fridge, it was reasonably equipped but there was no utility knife (only steak knives and some very dull grill knives). The TVs were annoying as most apps were already logged into by someone so streaming was impossible until we logged out of everything. As mentioned in other reviews, the check-in process was horrible. The code didn't work and the management company was slow to solve the problem. They had me in the 30-degree night trying to look under the grill for a key that wasn't there and then had me try many other codes until I finally got in. Get a new lock that works. The beds are not comfortable at all. I would not stay again.
