Our neighborhood of Wolfershausen is located 3 km from Guxhagen, about 10 km from Baunatal, 13 km from Melsungen, and about 15 km from Kassel. The neighborhoods of Fuldabrück are also very easy to reach, all via the A7 or A49
. The vacation or temporary worker apartment is situated in a very quiet residential street. The property is backed by undeveloped natural scenery, ideal for recharging or unwinding after a strenuous day of meetings or work. Upon confirmed booking, a security deposit is due on the day of arrival; this will be refunded upon departure provided the property is left in good condition.

Auf Due to the energy laws of the Federal Republic of Germany and constant increases in the CO2 tax, we are forced to pass these costs on to our guests.
For full-day or long-term stays, a flat rate of €4.75/day for water, electricity, and heating will be added for up to 2 people due to the current situation. For 3–4 people, the flat rate applies again.
For long-term rentals of 28 days or more, a flat rate of €94.00 applies.
