The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This small condo was perfect for my daughter and I's annual mommy daughter trip. The kitchen is great for simple meals and the full size fridge holds plenty of leftovers. The bedroom and bathroom were sufficient for unpacking and sharing also. There is a walk to the beach but it wasn't bad. One day we even rented bikes and rode down to the beach. Super close to Pier Park, 30A and Rosemary for shopping.

We enjoyed the views from the top floor. We have stayed here a few times and have found the owner responsive to any issues. It is clean, nice upgrades, and ideal location. Good value for the area with many good restaurants from Panama City to Rosemary Beach.
