Make a splash in the pool that’s heated year-round, lounge in the covered lanai & watch some tv, or whip up something delicious in the outdoor kitchen featuring a grill, refrigerator, & sink & have dinner poolside at the dining table. Beyond the covered patio, you can step outside onto the gorgeous green landscape & breath in that sweet Gulf of Mexico air.
Rest & reset in plush accommodations! This home boasts 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms to give everyone in your party plenty of space, comfort, & privacy. Relax in the grandiose master ensuite & wash away your worries in its spa bathroom with double sinks, free-standing soaking tub, & shower with multiple shower heads! The Modern Oasis is sanitized & cleaned to the highest standards! We work with our cleaning team to ensure that the home is spotless, so you can confidently enjoy your Florida vacation!
The home comes fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy the beach (chairs, towels, umbrella, & beach cart to easily get it all there). The kitchen and bathrooms are also fully equipped. The Master bedroom has also a desk, should you unfortunately need to work on your vacation! There is parking for up to 4 vehicles, 2 air conditioned garage spaces and 2 driveway spots.
There is a flat screen TV in each room, an 85" 4K with SONOS Sound System in the living room, 65" in the master bedroom and 55" in the lanai where you can watch your favorite show from the pool. Listen to your favorite music in the living room or on the lanai with the SONOS System (to use the SONOS System guests needs to download the app on your cell phone).

The host was very responsive and communicative throughout the entire booking process and during our stay. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The house was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed and more. The host had thought of every detail to make our stay comfortable. The location was perfect, close to all the major attractions and restaurants . The host provided a fantastic guidebook with great local recommendations. We had great time at this house. Patio and pool was amazing. This house has everything you need to make great memories with your family.

This was the perfect place for us to surprise our Dad for a long weekend. A short walk to the ocean with all of the items we needed (wagon, chairs, umbrella, towels, and cooler) to make the trip. And a wonderful pool to come back to and just float around and chat in. Close to everything in town. Whenever we had a question, everyone was super responsive. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks so much!!!
