Walking distance to Savannah Arts Academy plus close proximity to Candler & Memorial Hospitals & Historic Savannah attractions. The property is perfect for a work staycation or monthly rental. This updated home boasts 3 tastefully decorated bedrooms plus 2 full bathrooms, updated kitchen with stainless appliances, hardwood floors & natural light throughout, formal dining room, cozy living room & backyard deck.
Guests can enjoy the entire property on their own.
Historic Savannah is known for the moss-draped oaks, cobblestone streets and 22 park-like squares. Traffic around the squares flows counterclockwise and always has the right of way: all other traffic should yield. Please be watchful of the one-way streets. Also, keep the cell phone tucked away as Georgia is a "hands-free" state.
There are more than 3,000 metered spaces downtown and 5 public garages located on Bryan, Liberty, State and Whitaker Streets and the Robinson Parking Garage on Montgomery Street.
For our Biking guests: Downtown Savannah has a flat terrain and multiple bike lanes for your use.
The Ardsley Bungalow provides accommodations for up to 6 guests with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The property boasts natural lighting in all rooms. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee on the relaxing backyard deck or entertain in the evenings and opt to barbeque for dinner in.
The newly updated kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, dishes, cooking staples, blender, a Keurig, plus separate coffee pot. Create memories around the formal dining room table for a family breakfast, lunch or dinner.
The cozy living room is perfect place to relax after a busy day from walking and sightseeing everything that Savannah has to offer. Cable is set up in the property and all 4 Smart TV's enable users to log onto their personal streaming accounts.
When ready to turn in for the night, guests will enjoy comfortable bedding to ensure a good night's sleep. The master bedroom includes a queen bed, flat screen tv, & comfortable linens. The second guest bedroom includes a queen bed and flat screen tv, dresser & comfortable linens. The final bedroom upstairs includes a full bed, flat screen tv & it's own private bath.

Our family had a great time at this property. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable.The interior was nicely decorated and the office space off the living room was a nice touch. It is in a safe neighborhood and close enough to downtown and the beach.

We stayed in this wonderful home to spend time with our daughter and her family, just around the corner. It is a perfect location for so many things, a walk around Daffin Park, quick walks to excellent local spots such as Cafe Taureau, Hop Atomica, Perc Coffee, etc. It is also a quick drive to Starland and Forsythn Park. The home has all the amenities needed, and the instructions provided by the host leave no questions unanswered. We will definitely be returning.

We stayed in the Ardsley Bungalow for 5 weeks as a test for "downtown" living and it was wonderful. The neighborhood is close to everything - tons of shops and restaurants. The house is well equipped and furnished and is super comfortable. The neighbors were welcoming, street parking was plentiful and the house was surprisingly quiet. I highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a great location in Ardsley Park!

My husband and family came to Savannah to spend time with our daughter and husband for the birth of their first child. Our location was perfect, 2 blocks from their home. The house was just what we needed; a great place to stay and work during the week. The amenities were so appreciated including extras in the bathrooms (Q-tips, toothpaste, shampoo, etc). I'm a major cook so would have liked a few more kitchen amenities but the basics were there. The street parking was great; we never had a problem. The neighborhood is lovely, with so many walking options, beautiful streets, and lots of parks. And for a little extra walk, we were able to enjoy cafes, a great pizza place, and other great spots in the area. We hope to return next year.
