Ideally located 150 meters from the beach, this furnished 2-star duplex apartment is on the 2nd floor of a residence with elevator access and a private garage in the basement.
The apartment comprises an entrance hall on the ground floor, a living room with a sofa, a TV, and a dining area opening onto a kitchen with a refrigerator with a built-in freezer, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, and an induction hob, opening onto a large balcony. There is a bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed opening onto the terrace, and a bathroom with a bathtub. A separate shower cubicle is also available.
Upstairs, there is a sleeping alcove with two 80x190 cm beds that can be pushed together or a 140x190 cm bed on the mezzanine, and a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.
Private enclosed garage in the basement of the residence. Linens not provided. APPA17
