Reside in this well-maintained, classically furnished apartment, ideal for a family vacation. It is located in a small villa residence, only 300 m from the beach in De Haan. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor (without elevator) and has a garage. There is an attractive terrace where you can close the day with a drink of your choice. Travel back in time to the belle époque in De Haan, a golden age you'll see reflected in the Concessiewijk area. And De Haan embodies that wonderful, family atmosphere. The tourist heart of De Haan-Centre is the 'Concession', the beautiful and historic residential area with its typical Belle Epoque villas. In 1889 the Belgian Government granted a long-term lease - or 'concession' - for 90 years on this 50-hectare plot of land. De Haan-Centre is really charming, not only because of its style and situation, but thanks to the absence of high-rise buildings. These characteristics give a special look to this seaside resort. The pleasant and hospitable resort of De Haan owes its quiet, family character to the long tradition of holiday homes for children who have chosen this as their favourite stopping place. De Haan, with its nice beaches, offers everything for a relaxing family holiday! There are comfortable bedrooms and well-equipped kitchen for your convenience. There is a space for keeping the bicycles safely. The fireplace is not usable.
