Welcome to our Brewster Cape Cod retreat. Our home is perfect for a relaxing and fun summer getaway. Ideal for large or multi-generational families and larger groups, the home offers plenty of space to spread out insider and out. Enjoy the private pool set in a serene, beautifully and private landscaped garden. Located on the bayside, just minutes to Brewster’s bay beaches, the Cape Cod Rail Trail, golf, shops, and dining. We are also centrally located to many popular Cape Cod destinations.
The House
Spacious 3,200 sq ft Brewster retreat designed for comfort, connection, and fun — ideal for large or multi-generational families and groups. With 3 living levels, everyone has space to relax.
Main floor features an open-concept layout with generous living/dining areas, ample seating, 55” Smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, and wraparound deck with Weber natural gas grill and outdoor dining.

Top Floor:
• BR1: Queen + Queen futon
• BR2: Queen + Full futon
• BR3: Two twins
• Full bath with tub
Main Level:
• King bedroom
• Full bath with shower
Lower Walkout Level:
• Bonus Queen bedroom

Private heated pool surrounded by hydrangeas (beautiful in July), plus:

Fully stocked kitchen with Nespresso, drip coffee maker, blender, waffle maker & more. Includes fast WiFi (Eero), central AC on main/upper levels, lower-level window AC, fans, streaming services, linens, towels, beach gear, games, books, hair dryers, and parking for ~7 cars.

Portable crib, high chair, infant tub, and lots of games. (Home is not baby-proofed; pool is not fenced.)

Centrally located in Brewster near Dennis on Cape Cod’s bayside:
• 6 min to Paine’s Creek Beach
• 10 min to Corporation Beach
• 12 min to Mayflower Beach
• Near Nickerson State Park, Rail Trail & Captain’s Golf Course
• • Easy day trips to Provincetown or Falmouth

We had a wonderful stay. The home is extremely comfortable and perfect for a family reunion. Guests are able to enjoy the home without feeling like you are on top of others. The pool is lovely and the owners have thought about everything including beach chairs, recreational accessories, and a fully appointed kitchen.
