Bonnie View is an upscale home overlooking the Concan Valley and Frio River, with an oversized shaded deck created for entertaining and capturing the breezes. We have panoramic views!
We are a short drive to Garner State Park, the Frio River and Concan, and the hiking, tubing, golfing and dining that they offer. Anticipate coffee over a beautiful sunrise and star gazing around our firepit. While we love kiddos, Bonnie View is not suitable for children; our policy is no guests under age 18 unless previously arranged. Thank you for understanding!

What a hidden gem. Beautiful home with great views perched on the top of the mountain. Very relaxing, private and in a gated community. Back patio is very large and great for morning coffee and relaxation. Located close to the Frio River and many amenities. Will definitely be staying here again. The owner was very friendly and easy to talk with

We LOVED the property views, back patio and the home. We did not receive the automated email just ahead of the day so we would have all details on the stay which includes the gate and house codes. This is auto-generated by the VRBO service. We had to call customer service at VRBO in order to gain access to the property. It seemed the VRBO app was not working that day as well. We believe it was VRBO who caused the lack of home entry not the home owner. Home owner was very apologetic for the situation. Thank you.

Stayed for a long weekend to enjoy the cool temperature of the Frio river. The home was beautiful and very comfortable. Our college aged kids enjoyed playing cornhole on the deck. We enjoyed a steady breeze outside and were visited frequently by hummingbirds. Highly recommend!
