Old Fenimore Mill Condominiums are conveniently located within walking distance of the beach, playground, and Cedar Key's vibrant downtown area. For a true local experience, consider renting a golf cart to explore the town. The complex boasts ample boat/trailer parking, a community pool and hot tub, private beach access, a BBQ area, and a private fishing dock. Bring your own kayaks and store them on the community kayak rack, allowing for direct launch from the complex.
This unit is pet friendly (up to 2 dogs) with pet fees as follows: Pet fee is $50 per pet per visit, 2 pet maximum.

We loved the condo. It was very clean and very cozy. We felt right at home. What a beautiful view! Being so close to everything was great. Being able to park a boat trailer at the property is amazing! Not much parking available in Cedar Key. This is such a benifit of this complex.

This condo was perfect for a weekend getaway. The kitchen was fully stocked and the furniture was comfortable. The gulf views were breath taking. Can't wait to go back.

The condo sits above the beautiful waters of cedar key and the sunrises in the mornings bring dozens of playful dolphins up to the beach to greet visitors!The condo itself is spacious and sparkling clean with views that will wow everyone!A fabulous place to stay, hope to come back to this paradise!! We had a terrific time at Old Fenimore Mill Paradise Palm Unit 2c. Pelican Reality does an excellent job maintaining all of the properties they manage. This condo was extremely clean, calm, and relaxing. It met all of our Spring Break needs. Can’t wait to return!!
