This oasis of comfort and luxury can comfortably host and SLEEPS 18 GUESTS all whilst being able to enjoy a game of pool, ping pong, or even LIFESIZED chess!
The Space:
The House: THIS IS A FREE STANDING 4 STORY HOME. No walls are shared with the neighbors, it is not a town home. The home is a new build (2022) and features all new appliance and hardware. The home is 2,500 sq feet (not including the massive rooftop).
Rooftop: Boasting to be the largest and hippest rooftop in Houston, this home features a 700 sqfoot rooftop large enough for all your guests to enjoy together. Features include: LIFESIZED chessboard/dancefloor, 12 person outdoor dining table, 12 person patio seating set, fire pit, cozy cabana, two LED light cherry blossom trees, massive disco ball with moveable spotlights, and of course a stunning view of THE Houston Skyline .
1st Floor:
Botanical Room - boasts a bold, custom floral wallpaper motif with vibrant mid century modern accent table lamps and an oversized paper lantern chandelier. Queen and full sized beds with en suite full bathroom with a large double vanity sinks.
2nd Floor:
Tulum Oasis designed Living Room with fully stocked kitchen, large queen sofa pull out couch (comfortable memory foam mattress), 75" smart tv, and a multipurpose 8 person dining table that also can easily be converted into a pool table and ping pong table. This floor also features a half bath / powder room and a large juliet balcony with comfy patio seating that overlooks the neighborhood and the Downtown Houston skyline.

3rd Floor:
Tribal King Room: King sized bed with a comfy memory foam mattress with a backdrop of custom bamboo wallpaper set with modern wall sconces and a modern halo chandelier. All facing a 65 inch 4k smart tv.
Zebra Room: Features bold zebra wallpaper with vivid colors all set to create an abstract feel with its mesmerizing lines and cool tined color tones. The room is designed with modern light fixtures that bring out the gold accent colors in contrast. Guests may sleep on the queen sized bed or on the twin sized daybed facing a 50 inch smart tv. There is an additional pull out trundle bed below the day bed that can be pulled out and repositioned in the room (or in another room) for additional sleeping.
Blue Palms Room: Inspired by the colors of a tropical oasis and calming beach vibes of Tulum, this room's dual queen sized beds are set with a vivid frame of palms that tie in the pleasant hues from around the room. This spacious room also features a full sized daybed (double bed) with roll out twin bed that can be propped up and attached to the full bed, creating a bed larger than a king! The bed can also easily be rolled do a different place in the room for additional privacy and comfort. Take in the Houston skyline from the windows and wake up to all the splendor this big city has to offer. Relax and unwind in the en suite master bathroom with free standing tub overlooked by our bohemian modern chandelier.
An extra Full bathroom is also located on this floor between Tribal King Room and Zebra room. Take a step and repeat with our full body mirror at the end of the hall.
Guest Access:
The entire home is for your use and the rooftop IS NOT SHARED with others. That's right, it's a private rooftop just for you and your group. An additional benefit is that none of the neighbor's homes are able to see onto the rooftop (many other homes in the city do not have this benefit) meaning it feels totally private and secluded.
The Neighborhood:
Our home is nested in the area of East Downtown (EADO) with THE scenic and breathtaking view of the Houston skyline. It has immediate access to major Interstates 59 and 45 getting you to where you need to be quickly. This lavish home was inspired by Tulum and was elevated for comfort and entertainment for all guests. This tropical oasis is a 5 minute car ride to all the most popular and spirited areas of HTX, whether that be Midtown, Montrose, or Downtown. Stay in and get comfy in the stylish surroundings or go out and unwind in style; the entertainment will be nonstop because of the luxurious design of this sanctuary and its amazing central location to all of the city's hotspots.

Overall the place was clean and great place to entertain. I would recommend placing blinds in the downstairs area window by stairs. A homeless lady was staying in alley. But that is common especially near downtown

This place was absolutely perfect! The host did a great job keeping me informed about the property and check-in process. The home was beautiful, clean and able to accommodate our family of 10 very well. It was also a great location, very close to many restaurants, shopping and events. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything about the home was perfect! This was my second stay at this property and it was amazing! I recommend this property to anyone that wants something close to everything, amazing skyline views, upscale decor and ambiance! Communication with host is absolutely immaculate!

This property was breathtaking! I loved everything about it! I had absolutely no issues or concerns with anything. The rooftop was amazing and the views of downtown was great! I will definitely book this property again!
