About this house rental
G&R’s Holcombe Escape is meant for adventure and relaxation! This area offers many outdoor activities year-round, so bring your toys and get ready for a vacation to remember.
This is the ideal home base for family and friends. A large house to relax and enjoy quality time after a day out on the lake, UTV trails, snowmobile trails, or cross-country skiing trails.
There is space to park your boat, snowmobiles, or UTV on property, making a quick hop over to the lake or the trails located nearby.
The space
Walking distance to Eastbay Lodge or The Sand Trap golf course, and a quick drive to many other restaurants and bars.
INDOOR LIVING: Smart TV w/ Netflix, Hulu, Apple TV and Amazon Prime Video, games, central A/C, and in unit laundry.
Sleeping Configuration:
Master Bedroom: Queen Bed | Bedroom 2: Queen Bed | Bedroom 3: Queen bed
Living Room: Sectional for extra sleeping space if needed
KITCHEN: Fully equipped w/ cooking basics, microwave, stove/oven, drip coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, basic condiments and spices
GENERAL: Free Wi-Fi, towels & linens, blow dryer, cleaning essentials, high-speed internet, WFH friendly. Washer and dryer. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Gas grill
Guests are responsible for bringing their own beach towels, food and beverages and personal toiletries (toothpaste; etc.)
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Minimum age 25 of primary registered guest (some exceptions may be made with positive guest reviews.)
- No additional guests that are not registered. No parties, or large gatherings.

I was in Holcombe for a wedding and was looking for a place to stay close to the Eastbay Lodge. Location was great, place was clean and had everything we needed.

Home worked well for our needs. Started out with a couple of issues that contact host resolved promptly. All in all a good stay!
