Beautiful downtown location. This room is located right in the middle of downtown. It is across the street from the world-famous Dixie Saloon and right by the Sheplers Ferry dock that takes you to Mackinaw Island. If you are looking for a place to stay, were you can walk to all the attractions, shops and restaurants, this is your place.

Is a good option when you are in a budget like we did, it was cheaper than the rest around us. i would change the mattress and add the tv. Other than that is clean, is a walking distance from everything, downtown, taking the boat for the Island, has ac,park everything is right there.

Overall the stay met our needs. We are not overly needy. The room was very spacious which was great! The owner was very helpful in finding us a place to park our trailer. The only “issues” we had was the beds seem to be very old and more like a trampoline. Only one roll of toilet paper provided. The shower/bathroom would be cover in water/moisture after a shower. I almost wonder if the tub leaked but the bathroom fan really didnt help with the moisture either. Again, had the beds been better and maybe a queen and bathroom a bit updated we would certainly stay again. The location can’t be beat.
