This is a house that is divided into three units. This unit is downstairs and includes a queen size bed and a sleeper ottoman. Also included is a mini fridge, coffee maker, toaster, and microwave. Includes heat and air condition, one bath with shower.
Linens: Includes towels, washcloths, and bedding. Mattress are new in 2023.
Free street parking in front. Free Wifi
A copy of your driver's license or state ID must be emailed within 72 hours of booking the reservation to [email protected].
Fire pit available for use. It has been installed in the yard. Includes a fire poker. Wood can be purchased on our website and will be delivered to your unit before you arrive.
Laundromat available next door. We do not own it so please check the hours.
Garden hose available on the side of unit #1 “The Andrea” or the front of #4, “The Joseph”
Maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 1 small child under 10.
All late check-outs without approval will be charged $50 per hour.
NO SMOKING. A $250 charge will be charged to the credit card for smoking within the unit. This includes cigarettes, weed or vaping.

My husband & I stayed 2 nights over Easter weekend. We enjoyed our stay. The room is a good size with a comfy bed. The bathroom is big but the shower is very small maybe 2'x2'. Shaving was challenging! We had 2 motorcycles & had to park across the street in partial gravel/grass. Had to use kickstand plates. There was always a car parked in front of our unit. Best parts of this rental was that it was very clean, and it's literally one house away from Twisted Spoke restaurant& bar with great drinks & food. The hot tub is on the front porch out in the open, but we didnt mind. We used it once and it was very nice!As others have said, there is a rental above, and the noise was unbearable at times. I think there was a peg-legged pirate on redbulls above us the one night. It has a nice microwave, regular coffee pot & Keurig combo with coffee grounds & filters in the drawer, nice toaster and a very small mini fridge (freezer only big enough for the 1 small ice cube tray in it.) The only sink is in the bathroom but that was fine. There were plates, cups, silverware and a few other items in the drawers. The fireplace & window AC both worked great, and there is a ceiling & a pedestal fan (loved having all of those!). There are no closets or drawers for clothes. Nothing. We didnt have suitcases so we had clothes on the ottoman and kinda anywhere we could put them. We'd stay again though! Short walk to the main falls and The General Store for supplies.

The room was cozy and exactly as advertised. Check-in was 3:00, we arrived at 3:26 and our room was not finished being cleaned. I had reached out earlier with questions about the hot tub, was told it would be ready upon our arrival. It wasn't. Last thing she did was dump chemicals as we were talking, so we were leary about that, and also had to wait for the floors to dry. Considering our stay was less than 24 hours, I expected it to be ready when we got there. She was pleasant and apologetic but money and time are two things I don't have to waste.

The unit was amazing and they provided all the little extras to make it very comfortable and relaxing. We will be back!
