This cozy home offers two private bedrooms—one with a queen bed and the other with a king—plus a comfy sectional in the living room that pulls out into a queen sleeper. Whether you’re traveling with family or friends, you’ll find plenty of space to relax and recharge.

The Living Room:
Enjoy a spacious, comfortable sectional and a smart TV for cozy movie nights. The open layout flows seamlessly into the dining area and fully stocked kitchen.
The Kitchen & Dining Area:
Cook with ease using a microwave, oven, stovetop, dishwasher, and small appliances including a blender, crockpot, toaster, and hand mixer. Gather around the dining table to share meals and conversation.
The Bathroom:
Includes a standard tub/shower combo stocked with essentials for your stay.
Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: Queen bed, two nightstands with lamps, and a large closet.
Bedroom 2: King bed, two nightstands with lamps, smart TV, and large closet.
Outdoor Space:
Step outside and enjoy a brand-new firepit lounge with turquoise Adirondack chairs, string lights, and plenty of space to unwind. It’s the perfect spot for evening conversations or cozy nights under the stars. (Please note: there is no grill at this property.)

Our visit was for graduation weekend at K-State. The whole house was so lovely! It was decorated expertly with beautiful florals and nature themed accents. Maybe that's not important to some potential guests, but let me share that after a very hectic graduation day and then loading a moving trailer, it was wonderful to come 'home' to such relaxing surroundings!! The beds were extremely comfortable!! (Even a king sized in one room) I was originally concerned about only one bathroom, but we made it work and there was plenty of hot water. The house is close to campus, but the neighborhood was quiet. Mallory is a great communicator and terrific host!!

One reason I chose this property was due its close proximity to the Riley County Fairgrounds (less than 5 minutes). We enjoyed our stay there and it completely met our needs. We didn’t cook, but the kitchen seemed adequately stocked. They also offered nice little touches like snacks and toiletries. We will return here if we find ourselves in Manhattan again.
