About this house rental
This fantastic house, with a 1400 m2 plot, is located in the Porto das Baleias condominium, in the best location in Praia do Forte. With its spectacular sea view, you will wake up every day to the most enchanting paradise, with the sound of the waves spreading throughout the house, creating a perfectly cozy feeling.
The condominium has two pedestrian entrances that provide direct access to the village of Praia do Forte, allowing for easy walking without the need for a car. It is also located on the best beach in the region, Tivoli Beach.
Here you will experience the charm of Bahia's paradise in a luxurious and modern way. There is an excellent variety of living spaces to suit all tastes, including two gourmet areas equipped with sound systems, barbecues, pizza oven, beer coolers, wine cellar and ice machines to meet all your needs, as well as an Outdoor Lounge with Fireplace, a welcoming space to enjoy the late afternoons in the best possible way, with an environment integrated with a swimming pool, sun loungers and a heated hot tub to relax with friends while enjoying the view. As a more private alternative, there is another heated hot tub upstairs, located on the living room balcony.
The house also offers a gym and a cinema for up to 10 people, with a 120-inch 4K projection screen, surround sound system, electric armchairs, and streaming system.
The house has 10 suites, 5 of which face the sea, 2 on the first floor and 3 on the upper floor, with a mini-bar, television, balcony and electric curtains. It also has 2 comfortable living rooms with television and two spacious balconies. All suites and living rooms are air-conditioned, offering greater comfort. There is excellent ventilation throughout the house and parking in the private area with capacity for 12 cars, 6 covered and 6 uncovered spaces. All parking spaces are separate.
The gated community is heavily wooded and has 24-hour security, with private access only for residents and guests, ensuring greater privacy and security.
