One camera monitors the main entrance to the driveway, another covers the garage and garden area, a third is located at the rancho overlooking the left side of the property, and the fourth monitors the back open backyard.

The property is managed by Blue Zone. The management staff was quite responsive. They did an excellent job of communicating with us regarding check-in and check-out. They sent emails regarding every detail. We did have a small issue with the front door lock but the side door worked perfectly.The house is very nice and the pool was very nice. Services too care of cleaning the pool and gardeners we there trimming the shrubs twice in 10 days. Some of the items could stand replacing. Some outside items are showing age/wear. I would recommend the house.

It’s a nice house, but the three showers in the main house are all outdoors and there is no screen, so we had multiple encounters with roaches, spiders, mosquitoes, and one scorpion. If you want to get the full nature experience this is the house for you.
