About this apartment rental
Ideal for couples, small families or travelers passing through. Our two bedroom apartment is is the perfect beach bungalow. Walking distance to the beach, quaint downtown Carlsbad, and much much more. 10 minute drive from the Carlsbad Airport (CLD). This BRAND new residence highlights a full kitchenette and laundry. The apartment comfortably sleeps six with queen size beds in the dual master bedrooms and a full sized sofa bed in the family room. The home features Streaming TV and WIFI. The apartment also features full laundry facilities.
The kitchenette is stocked with dishes, silverware; there's also a refrigerator/freezer, single burner induction cooktop, pots/pans, microwave, toaster oven / air fryer and coffee maker. Nearly all that you need while on vacation in this beach community.
Located in northern Carlsbad, we are 5 minutes from Legoland, 30 minutes from downtown San Diego, and less than an hour from Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm, Hollywood, Universal Studios, and many other southern California attractions are well within close driving distance. Our home is very centrally located. Many features are well within walking distance or a short drive. The bus and train terminal is also within walking distance.
IMPORTANT: Due to potential allergies, we prefer no pets or smoking. Off street parking is offered (1 car only). Please note the apartment is located down (4) stairs. STVR Permit # BLRE013225-02-2023

This property was conveniently located. Heather was very friendly and recommended good restaurants and fun things to do, which we really appreciated. We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of this place. They had a really nice full sized washer and dryer set. The back patio with views of the sunset, gorgeous landscaping and lagoon below were icing on the cake. We would definitely stay at this lovely property again.

The place is wonderfully updated, comfortable and clean. I would have appreciated being warned about close it is to the freeway and the subsequent noise but other than that, it was lovely. Views are great.

First time renting a VRBO and the owners made the process very easy. The property was as described with the easy walk to the village/ Carlsbad beaches, we wound up walking back and forth everyday of our stay. Only wish I had from the kids was for a couple of e-bikes, but otherwise I would and hopefully will stay again soon!

Everything about this place was perfect! I was born and raised in the area and know what a value this place is. The hosts go above and beyond and we had a spectacular family trip. We will definitely stay here again...and again.
