Here you will have all the space and privacy you want. Everyone will have their own place and their own view, from the room they are in.
The ground floor includes an open area dressed entirely in white.
It includes the living room with TV and fireplace, the kitchen with island and the dining room.
Note the large covered terrace for dinners with friends that last, rain or shine!
This floor also includes two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub and shower and one with a shower, adjacent to one of the bedrooms.
The mezzanine gives the impression of a suite superimposed on the ground floor, the effect is so majestic and striking. It is partly glazed, which gives it a lot of light!
This room has a large bed and a small desk area.
But it's in the basement that you'll have the most fun, thanks to a family room with TV, foosball table and Air Hockey, where your kids will be delighted!
There is another bedroom here with an adjacent bathroom, which will be perfect for guests, your children and/or your guests' children.
The grounds are large enough to accommodate many activities. They include a four-season spa.
You will have access to the entire house, grounds and spa, as well as the estate's shared swimming pool, spa and sauna.
Also, a pickleball court awaits you for wild games with friends or family!

Great place. Internet and tech were great as was the size of the space. The beds are not the most comfortable but everything was fresh.The main issues were cleanliness (including the hot tub) but most were addressed during our stay.

We wanted to do some hiking and spend time together as a family. This property was situated perfectly for us to do that. We didn’t get a chance to try out the sauna and outdoor pool (we visited at the end of April) but had a nice time using the hot tub and even got a couple foosball games in! Less than 30 min from downtown Quebec City, Parc Jacque Cartier and Parc de la Chute-Mont Montmorency - and a little farther from a breathtaking hike up Mont du Lac des Cygnes, the property was nicely situated to allow us access to these great attractions.

My family and I stayed at Le Lys in December 2024. We felt the house was even better in person than in the pictures. It was VERY clean and well equipped for our 10 day vacation. There were plenty of untensils in the kitchen as we prepared most of our meals at the house. It is perfectly located for easy access to Quebec City and for outdoor activities and snow sports in Jacques Cartier Natl. Park, Stoneham Ski Resort and Valcartier tubing hill. We also enjoyed the hot tub every night after our daily outings which was a great way to relax in the cold winter evenings.
