Upon arrival, a one-time $30 fee per visitor is paid directly to the building association. This gives you access to all resort amenities (pools, gym, cinema, etc.) and includes your key fobs and pool bracelets. This fee supports the high-quality maintenance and security of the building.
Parking:
You’ll have access to the most affordable and always available parking in the area, with no car limit!
1–7 days: $100
2 weeks: $125
3 weeks: $150
4 weeks: $175
You’ll receive a parking tag at check-in ($20 refundable deposit) for unlimited access through the gated entrance.
Please Note:
Association fees (resort & parking) are set by the building, and may vary depending on your arrival date. These are out of the host’s control, but don’t worry—we’ll send you the latest info 3 days before your trip.

A starter set of cleaning products and toiletries is provided to guests. Guests are responsible for purchasing anything needed beyond what is included in the starter pack. We do not restock. This is a common practice in the industry.

1 roll of paper towels in the kitchen
1 sponge
1 mini bottle of dish soap
1 dishwasher tablet
1 laundry pod
*You understand that the use of the pool and spa is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved in their use. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury resulting from swimming or using the pool and spa and agree to hold the owner harmless. You understand that there are potential dangers a pool may present to children who are not closely supervised, as well as dangers for any person swimming if they have health risks, are under the influence of alcohol or any type of medication or drugs, or if they are pregnant. You agree to be entirely and solely responsible for any accident that may occur. You understand the risks mentioned above and agree to take full responsibility for yourself and the consequences for anyone in your group. You agree to waive any claim of any kind against the owner for accidents or claims arising from injuries in the pool. All guests in my group acknowledge and agree that they have read and understood this waiver, and they acknowledge that the confirmation below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between the Guests and the Host.

The room was good size for a family of 5. We had a 3 night stay. The property has a good location that’s close to restaurants and other activities. The beach is pretty good and the pool is average size. You have to use a key fob to get in and out of every single door and gate which is slightly annoying. And the check-in process could be more streamlined. However, those issues are not the host’s fault. The host was a very good communicator and was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this place.

Short walk to the beach - we did not have a view but we’re so close it didn’t matter to us

The Host was very welcoming and replayed within 24 hours. The condo itself was old and they need better cleaning staff, the condo was dirty ( hair in drawers, floor left are socks brown the first night we were there). The supplies (broom, mop) needs replacing. I purchased my own cleaning supplies since I was there for two weeks (swifter wet, dish soap, hand soap) no intro pack was left.
