About this apartment rental
One bedroom located downtown across from the Winnipeg Jets arena. Large island in the kitchen for the cook in you. One queen size bed, smart, TV, laundry, and a desk. There is a full kitchen, a balcony, and it overlooks the city from the 13th floor. Picture id is required to fully confirm booking. Once booking is confirmed please send a screenshot of your ID through the chat. No cats are allowed. This building does not allow extra guests. Only the people who are on the booking will be granted permission to enter the building.

Was in town for a hockey tournament. This location was suitable for a lone person or a couple. Limited space in the bedroom to spread out, but there was a decent size closet. The living area and kitchen were plenty big enough for my needs. Being on the 13th floor, I had a nice view. But, there was not much to look at. It is a downtown area with a homeless population and some construction activity. If you are in downtown for a Jets game or business at the Convention Center, this is very close. Overall, this VRBO residence served my needs.

Carley and Murray are great hosts, definitely happy I chose this place. Beautiful view facing Canada Life Centre and the balcony is very spacious. Check in was a breeze, very straightforward. The location couldn’t get any better for convenience, anything you could possibly need is a 5 minute walk or less. The floor I was on was very quiet during my stay, so I had great sleep every night. The beds were very comfortable and extra blankets were provided. The kitchen & bathroom is fully stocked. The hosts were very accommodating and down to earth. If anyone is travelling to Winnipeg, I highly suggest you rent here versus a hotel. Thank you for reading my review. Hope your experience is as great as mine.

The view was great and having the patio was good. It was close to what we needed but the area was dirty and lots of homeless people around.
There was no coffee pot, lack of cutlery and kitchen accessories. The can opener was difficult to operate. Frying pan is old and all scratched Teflon. There were no curtains so no privacy and nothing to block the brightness so we had to keep bedroom door closed at night time so there was no bedroom ventilation. In the bathroom the pull out knob for using the shower was difficult to find and once found it was difficult to pull out. Maybe instructions for next people.
We found the floors
quite dirty. Swept but not washed and the washer/dryer was dirty. There were no swifter pads to wash the floors with.
When we texted with Carly she responded right away and took care of it. Examples were coffee pot and parking pass.
