Bed linen included, 1 shower towel/person provided, childcare equipment

- 1 private landscaped garden space (not fenced) of approximately 150m2 equipped with a table and a large umbrella
- 1 parking space in the courtyard (courtyard shared with the owners).

Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant during the stay and the accommodation must be returned tidy and cleaned upon departure.
A cleaning option at the end of the stay can be offered on request (to be confirmed when booking) for a price of 70 euros to be paid on the day of arrival (proof of payment will be provided).
For information, we live upstairs, we can be available to inform you if necessary and will be discreet to preserve the tranquility of your stay

- at the Ocean - Biscarosse Plage with its fine sandy beach, its beautiful waves to surf, its shops, its market and its restaurants: 10 min by car, 30 min by bike via cycle path
