About this house rental
Escape to your Gulf Coast getaway in this modern Crystal Beach beach house, set on a quiet cul-de-sac just steps from the sand. Designed for families and groups, the home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests and pairs bright, open-concept gathering spaces with laid-back coastal style.
The space
The natural-light-filled living area offers a comfortable place to reconnect after the beach, with a 70-inch Roku TV and electric fireplace for cooler evenings. Stay comfortable year-round with central air conditioning and heating, and stay connected with Wi-Fi.
The fully equipped chef’s kitchen includes generous counter space, a large island for casual dining, and a dedicated coffee bar with drip and Keurig coffee makers. An in-unit washer and dryer, Pack ’n Play, and booster-seat high chair add convenience for family stays.
Guest access
You will have full, private access to the home and its amenities, including all bedrooms and bathrooms, kitchen and coffee bar, open living areas, wraparound deck, tiki bar area, charcoal grill, outdoor shower, and outdoor gathering spaces.
Self check-in is available via lockbox. The subdivision’s shared beach walkover is a short walk away, and the beach can also be accessed by golf cart. Driveway parking is available for up to 5 vehicles.
For privacy and storage needs, the owner’s closet, attic, and garage are not accessible to guests.
Sleeping arrangements:
• Primary suite: king bed, private en-suite bathroom, and walk-in shower
• Second bedroom: king bed
• Third Bedroom: two queen-over-queen bunk beds, sleeping up to 8 guests
Outdoor living & entertainment
• Spacious upstairs wraparound deck with panoramic views of the surrounding coastal area, nearby pond, beach, and gulf
• Outdoor dining beneath a pergola with decorative lighting
• Ground-level tiki bar with seating and picnic table
• Charcoal grill (guests provide charcoal)
• Outdoor hot and cold shower
• Cornhole and washer games for post-beach fun
Other things to note:
• Security Cameras: Three exterior security cameras are located on the property for safety and security. Cameras monitor outdoor areas only. There are no cameras inside the home.
• Minimum Age Requirement: The primary guest booking the reservation must be at least 25 years old.
• No Pets: Pets are not permitted on the property.
• Parking: Parking is available for up to 5 vehicles. Please park in the driveway only. Parking under the house or on the grass is not permitted.
• Beach Safety: Crystal Beach does not have lifeguards on duty. Swimming and beach activities are at guests’ own risk.
• Insects & Coastal Environment: As with most Gulf Coast properties, mosquitoes and other insects may be present, especially during warmer months. Guests may wish to bring insect repellent for outdoor comfort.
• Septic System Care: This home uses a sensitive septic system. Please flush only toilet paper and avoid putting grease, wipes, or other non-biodegradable items down drains.
• Grill Use: If using the charcoal grill, please ensure ashes are fully cooled before disposal and place them in a trash bag. Do not rinse ashes into the ground or outdoor areas.
• Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially during hurricane season. Refunds for weather-related cancellations are available only when mandatory evacuation orders are issued by local authorities.
• Assumption of Risk: By accepting this reservation, guests acknowledge responsibility for risks associated with the property, beach access, and surrounding coastal environment.

Absolutely! Here’s a polished, detailed review that sounds genuine and is likely to be helpful to future guests:We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully considered. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable.One thing we especially appreciated was how well the air conditioning worked—it kept the house perfectly cool, even during the hottest parts of the day. Every TV was a smart TV, making it so easy to log into our streaming services and unwind after a day out.The kitchen was one of the best-stocked vacation rental kitchens we’ve ever experienced. It had every utensil, pot, pan, appliance, and kitchen essential we could have possibly needed. We never found ourselves saying, “I wish they had…” because they truly thought of everything.The hosts clearly take great pride in making their guests feel at home, and it shows in every detail. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, well-equipped place to stay, you won’t be disappointed. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We stayed for the 4th of July and had a great time. Fireworks on the beach were great to watch from the porch. House was clean. Would definitely book again.

The house was beautiful and a perfect set up for our families needs. Super close to the beach with a 1 minute golf cart ride down. The host exceeded expectations with responsiveness and even allowed us and early check in. We asked about checking in when we were about 20 mins away from the house and the host responded immediately and gave us the code to the home several hours prior to the original check in time. We were super appreciative since we had been driving for 15 hours! We were not bothered or interrupted by the host at any point, and truly felt like we could relax in the home and reach out only when we needed something. Which we didnt need much of anything during the stay. The host left several trash bags, 2 rolls of paper towels, dawn dish soap, a sponge, toilet paper in every restroom. We really did feel stocked up and greatly appreciated the little things that we didn't even think to bring like a sponge. We stayed for 5 days and had enough of everything to last that entire time with 4 adults and 2 kids. The outdoor shower had warm water which was nice, a hose under the house to easily clean off our golf cart, and plenty of deck space and chairs to enjoy sitting out in the evening and listening to the ocean. The deck chairs have been one of my favorite things about a beach house stay and they had more than enough seating outside 2 smaller kids chairs! It really was perfect for our family and exceeded our expectations! We would definitely stay again!
