Have fun with the whole family at this luxury stylish home - slip into comfort living at a home away from your home. Stay a while and relax, get to work in the office, or get out to the Omni PGA Resort, The Star, Legacy West, or Prosper downtown! This is such a central location to everything fun! Whether you're a homebody or not, this place has exactly what you need. Local beaches, gorgeous golf courses, and SHOPPING! Feeling indecisive or in a particular mood over the options? ASK ME FOR GUIDANCE!

The space
This is a smart home! After a long day of travel flights or driving, you might just want to dive in bed and stay there till the morning... but you forgot to turn the lights out! ALEXA, turn off the master bedroom lights! Tell her to turn out ALL of the lights in the home! After all, she's quite the smart cookie.
Always know when someone is at the front door or the backyard with Alex's notifications. If she annoys you, just turn her down, or disconnect her.

Guest access
Guests are allowed to use all areas but need to be respectful of all furniture. The dining room chairs do have slip covers in the hall closet by the half bath. Use them for small children, and to avoid staining these comfy plush soft chairs. Use beds for beds, and sofas for sitting. Need a blow up mattress? We got you! This is a no pets home - ESA animals are not allowed on ANY furniture, or unattended anywhere on the property. We prefer this to remain a pet free environment to accommodate those with severe allergies to pet dander. Please help us reduce this liability as we advertise PET FREE HOME! Any underage children are never to be left unattended anywhere on the property. We take these rules very seriously, and may exercise the right to cancel your reservation or assess fines.
Guests
All persons that enter the property are considered guests, and must be registered properly. A DL or passport for each guest must be uploaded before check-in to avoid delays. There is a 10 person max occupancy for this property. Fines apply for misrepresentation of the number of guest that are expected, or that exceed occupancy. Please help reduce the stigma of short term rental by doing your part to make us all look good! We are really grateful for our guests, for you!
Other things to note
Parties are not allowed on the property. The Dallas Fort Metroplex is under much scrutiny over short-term rentals. Please help us all make it more acceptable in neighborhoods by treating neighbors with respect and consideration. There are rules regarding parking - no garage usage, driveway parking, or over 3 cars without written permission by owner. Fees & fines apply. Security cameras are posted around the exterior, and in the common areas of the property to prevent theft, damage, underage drinking, unattended children & animals, and for the safety of the property. All guests entering the property consent to this audio & video surveillance. Your booked reservation confirms your consent. Cameras will never be placed in a private area of the home. Tampering with these devices or the internet connection is prohibited and may result in fines and / or reservation cancellation.
You're here to have a great time so DO that! Just keep in mind that it's not a good time for the neighbors, if they don't feel safe, or comfortable in their own neighborhood and homes. Our neighbors are very welcoming, friendly, and excited to have you here!

The house was great for our group 8 of ladies. Everyone had enough space to spread out. The kitchen was pretty well stocked. There could have been more plates and bowls. We were constantly washing dishes. Also, there could have been more towels and wash clothes. The house was in a central location to all of the things that we had planned for the weekend. We were not pleased with the air condition control situation at all!!! The owner has control of the A/C. I had to contact her each evening to ask her to drop the air so that we were comfortable sleeping. She would never drop it to what we truly wanted. She follows some ERGOT guidelines and recommended that we open the windows since the evening was somewhat cool. Not an option for us.
The ceiling fan in the master suite turns itself off in the middle of the night. Very annoying. We later realized there were some things that were automated. Maybe you need some type of instruction page as to how to operate the home. Our group had a wonderful time visiting family, eating out and painting. Thank you!

The home was beautifully decorated with a cozy home environment. The location was easy to get to and the check in/out process was flawless. I did give this property 4 stars only due to AC restrictions. The upstairs was hot, but in all fairness, it could have been an issue with the unit. The homeowner has been nothing but kind to work with regarding this issue. She truly wants her place to be the best stay for all.

The property fit our needs perfectly. We had a group from our company traveling for a trade show. The property was super spacious - everyone had their own room. It was so great to be able to retreat and relax. The beds were very comfy! We also enjoyed the wonderful family room and kitchen/dining area - we spent good quality time chatting and catching up in this space.
The house use beautiful and the neighborhood was very peaceful. I definitely would recommend this home.
