When we arrived there was a beautiful flower arrangement, wine, and nuts to welcome us.The house was beautifully decorated. The backyard was spectacular with views of the ocean in the distance. We were on our first family vacation in a long time. Everyone was happy with their rooms. The bunk room was great for my nice and nephew. The 6 sliding doors between the main room and the outside living were amazing if you are cooking and enjoying the pool. One thing I would recommend is getting familiarized with all of the switches as there are alot and they are not labeled. If you like to sleep cool I also recommend keeping your room closed and shades down through the day, the ac takes a little time to cool off this larger rooms. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking to house 8-10 people. It is very private if you are in your room if you are worried about noise. We loved this place and will definitely be coming back with our other side of the family or friends in the near future.

We checked in finding the place better than we imagined. It was spotless and well equipped. We had six in our party and had plenty of room. Everything about the place was spectacular. One exception would be the frog we named Stanley. He had a part every night all night and it sounded as though he was in the room.

Our family had an amazing time at the Hale Leilani property. The property had the perfect setup for large family meals, the ability to be inside watching football and being able to lay by the pool to relax or enjoy the pool itself. Cooked all our meals in the kitchen - great appliances and setup. Highly recommend!! We would go back

We had a fantastic family vacation at this beautiful new home! The design and decor gave it a homey feel perfect for the location and Hawaiian vibes. The well appointed lanai and backyard, with a distant ocean view, was a highlight, and the pool was perfect for family fun. We loved the Sonos stereo and entertainment options. The bedrooms were comfortable and well-appointed, each with a private en suite bathroom, which was a great convenience. The location was ideal, with easy access to Koloa and Poipu for food, shopping, and beach activities. The new appliances and comfortable furniture made our stay even better. Watching the Olympics in the living room and listening to Hawaiian music in the backyard added to the family experience. The lanai was shaded and had fans, making it a perfect spot to relax during the summer. We frequently used the outdoor dining area, which was lovely in the evenings with the pool lights on. The concierge/VRBO contact was helpful and informative throughout our stay. One minor suggestion would be to provide cloth towels in the kitchen for drying dishes. Aside from that, the property was clean, well-maintained, and had a great design. We were sad to leave but hope to return soon.

The house and property exceeded our expectations, down to every detail, big and small. The house was perfectly clean and ready upon our arrival. We enjoyed the pool and fire pit, cooking dinners inside and out, and took full advantage of all that was provided. The beds were extremely comfortable and the outdoor shower off the master bedroom was a daily highlight. Located perfectly minutes away from popular restaurants and beaches, we enjoyed the short drive to our destinations and looked forward to getting back to the house each day to enjoy the pool and spectacular view of the sunset.

Great house to come home to BBQand relax in after adventures with teenage boys. Only negative was the two small trash cans if you plan on cooking and not eating out. Otherwise perfect! Our group of 8 adults and 2 children had a picture perfect vacation at this house overlooking Poipu. The location is ideal for walking to get coffee in the morning or dinner at night, but the house is so comfortable you won't want to leave. Enjoying the pool and fire pit were the highlights for us.

Loved the property and professionalism and the above and beyond efforts to make our stay the best possible. The sliding doors were a learning curve to figure out how to unlock/open. Once we did we realized one of the doors was off track so we only opened it 2/3 of the way and the coffee machine was broken but we were fine with cold brew in the mornings so it wasn’t a big deal at all! Honestly the home is a great layout. Well stocked. Not to mention beautiful. The owners of this house have earned long time customers with us. We will come back with our daughter every year atleast!

This property is beautiful and amazing and everything was prepared nicely prior to our arrival. Communicating with the property manager was easy and he was very supportive of any questions we had. The title of this message is not about the subject property. Ultimately the reason we ended up with this property is that 2 days prior to check-in, we discovered Marriott Waiohai resort did not show us with any reservativion on the start date of the original reservation, even after communicating with the owner two weeks prior. The property owner double booked our first reservation (confirmed 4 months prior to arrival) and then canceled our confirmed reservations literally less than 24 hours prior to check in, while multiple guests were literally in flight from all over the country to the destination at the Marriott Waiohai. My wife and I were on Oahu on business and vacation, VRBO left us with a mad scramble to find a replacement property. Property after property was listed as available for our booking dates, each attempt to book come back that the property was in fact not available. Evidently VRBO allows owners to list properties as available when in fact they are not available. We wasted so much time trying to find a replacement property when time was of the essence. VRBO customer service, while sympathetic, was less than helpful and did not exhibit a sense of urgency that was necessary in this situation, a situation that was 100% caused by VRBO and one of its owners.

The rooms are all beautifully decorated with large en suite bathrooms, and the outdoor areas have every amenity imaginable for the days where you don't want to brave crowds at the beach...large pool, grill, fire pit, furnished lanai, etc. A thoughtful welcome gift was left, and the house was well-supplied for cooking. We were also provided with plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels for our time at the beach. We absolutely enjoyed our time there.

A very lovely home with peaceful back yard. The pool was convenient and warm. Just three things needed to be addressed: The vent for the bbq shunts the smoke into the home. There is no hairdryer There is no bar kit (mixed, tumbler, etc) The yard needs some repair in the back. We had a wonderful visit here and would very much recommend it to others. Thx. Mary

We were fortunate to be the inaugural occupants of this stunning property. The location was ideal as it afforded us access to nearby beaches, shopping and multiple places to eat. The neighborhood was stunning and we spent several hours just walking its many trails and enjoying the breathtaking vistas and variety of properties. As this was a new property there were a few minor wrinkles to iron out but the property management company was responsive and took great care of us during our stay. This was a real slice of Heaven. It was quiet with amazing views. I can’t recommend this property any more highly as it was well appointed with lots of high end amenities that the whole family enjoyed. Truly this was a memorable experience.
