The house was perfect for our stay. The beach is literally across the street. The pool is a nice place to relax after a day at the beach. The home has a very small starter pack so be prepared to purchase your essentials. The grill needs work. We could only get one burner to light. We ended up having to cook inside. I loved that every room had a bathroom for their own use. No games in home so bring if you enjoy that. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Would definitely come back.

The main thing we loved was the back deck. It was spacious and the Adirondacks were comfortable. We loved the pool option, too! The house has some good features but it was cheaply done in all of the ways that count. The flooring is dangerously uneven in places and soft in others. The steps wiggle when you walk on them, in the front and the back. I understand that it is beach house and it is supposed to have some give because it is on stilts, but when someone walks in the house the whole thing moves to the point where your towels shake on the towel bar. There was trash all underneath the house and leftover items from past guests. Many of the items were extremely worn out or broken, alogether. There was a terrible mosquito problem. I would not stay in this house again. I can't believe it got five stars. I have to wonder what these people are living in, to give it five stars...yikes! If I could share pictures, this would be an even better review.
