The "nameless" St where Sukha is located, is a dead end st. so plenty of free parking is available, scooters and bicycles are also welcome.
Other things to note
Tulum is one of the fastest growing cities in Mexico, as a result there are occasional power outages all over the town, next to the building there is a recent construction site, there may be noise during working hours.

In Tulum Cellular network is usually saturated and poor quality. Make sure to plan ahead as internet access could be limited to Wi-Fi networks.
