The “Bio Corti & Spa” chalet is a true haven of peace in the heart of Champagny-en-Vanoise.

“Bio Corti Spa 4” is perfect for four people. This duplex apartment, located on the garden level, offers a comfortable living space with a living room and an open kitchen featuring a wood-burning stove. The high ceilings and large windows fill the living room with plenty of natural light. The bedroom with a double bed is located on a mezzanine above the living room. The separate children’s room features a custom-designed bunk bed, along with a closet and a desk. From the apartment, you have direct access to a furnished terrace with a table, lounge chairs, and a barbecue—ideal for enjoying time together outdoors. Guests at “Bio Corti Spa 4” have access to a wellness area featuring a hot tub and a sauna. Access is shared, but with private time slots each day for each of the two units.

LOCATION

The “Bio Corti & Spa” chalet is ideally located in the center of Champagny-en-Vanoise. The bakery is just a 2-minute walk away, while the gondola, ski school, and slopes of the La Plagne-Paradiski ski area are less than a 6-minute walk away. In addition, the municipal swimming pool with a spa is just a 6-minute walk away, as are the restaurants and the tourist office. If you’d like to explore the surrounding nature, the Vanoise National Park is just 5 km from the chalet. Finally, the Champagny-le-Haut Nordic area—featuring cross-country skiing, dog sledding, a sculpted ice cave, ice climbing, and snowshoeing—is accessible via a free shuttle.

ECOLOGY

Lorène and Florian have implemented several eco-friendly measures, committed to preserving the exceptional natural setting in which they live and raise their two children. The underfloor heating, heat pump, and compost bin provided ensure a reduced carbon footprint. In addition, the chalet was built in collaboration with local artisans, using primarily European wood (for the framework, siding, and custom-made furniture), Italian tile, and various pieces of French furniture and lighting fixtures. A few pieces crafted by Savoyard artisans—such as wall sconces, a coffee table, a bench, and a headboard—add a touch of authenticity and character to the chalet.
