Welcome to Blue Coast Cottages, a classic Wasaga Beach cottage court that has been welcoming families and friends for nearly 20 years.
This cozy two-bedroom cottage comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests and includes a sofa bed, making it a great choice for families, couples, or small groups looking for an affordable beach getaway.
Located just a 5–7 minute walk from Beach Area 1, you'll be close to the beach, restaurants, shops, and seasonal events while still enjoying a quiet place to relax after a day in the sun.
Your cottage includes:
• Full kitchen with stove, refrigerator and microwave
• Cookware, dishes, utensils, pots and pans
• Pillows, linens and duvets
• Free WiFi
• Free parking for up to 2 vehicles
• Shared BBQ area
• Shared bonfire area (please bring your own firewood)
To help keep our prices fair for everyone, please ensure your reservation reflects the correct number of guests. Rates may vary based on occupancy, and additional guests can easily be added to your reservation before arrival. We kindly ask that all visitors staying on the property be included on the reservation.
Pets are welcome with prior approval and a pet fee may apply to help cover the additional cleaning required.

Cabin very clean. Sofa bed extremely uncomfortable and quite worn out…..absolutely needs to be changed.Oven ….no knob for selection of temperature, rendering it useless.New mattresses needed…..beds uncomfortable.Place very secure, very quiet and relaxing! Grounds very clean, well kept.

Great location, just down the street from the beach
Property manager was very helpful and quickly answering inquiries
Lots of space in the cottage, fits 6 adults comfortably
I would recommend staying here - just keep in mind that you will need to bring your own toilet paper, dish/ hand soap, and hand towels for a comfortable stay and there is only 2 parking spots for each cottage so carpool accordingly!
