Back yard and fence could use some attention location was a bit further from downtown than anticipated. Questioned safety of neighborhood.

Nice house on a treed lot in walking distance to downtown Raleigh. The host was responsive to requests and when a problem arose was available to deal with it. Some amenities were broken or missing (bedside lamps, shower caddy) but these were not essential to our stay.
