Experience a getaway like no other at this fantastic waterfront home located on the shores of Severn River with 70 feet of open water frontage! Watersports enthusiasts will have a blast here - this home features a private dock where guests can tie up their boats and launch the provided two-person kayak or any of the two stand-up paddleboards. There is also a community boat ramp about 150 yards away from the home.

This contemporary waterfront home is all about outdoor living. Discover a well-appointed ground-floor patio furnished with two outdoor dining areas, two second-floor balconies (one with a second outdoor dining area and another one with a Weber grill and a pellet grill), and a third-floor balcony overlooking the dock with magnificent views of Severn River.

This splendid home away from home was designed to follow Feng Shui principles. Three levels provide plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The main level enjoys an open floor plan with wood floors and intimate seating areas throughout. The inviting living room is all about entertainment with two smart TVs with cable and streaming services, a foosball table, a gas fireplace, and plenty of comfortable seating options throughout - everything with exquisite river views! The modern gourmet kitchen has been equipped with high-end appliances, including a SubZero fridge, a Wolf cooktop, a built-in Wolf oven, a Wolf warming drawer, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a SubZero wine fridge. This level also includes a comfy bedroom with an en suite bathroom.

The upper level has an expansive primary suite with a soaring ceiling, a large picture window view, a huge smart TV with streaming and cable, a nice seating area overlooking the river with a telescope, a gorgeous desk with a printer, and an exquisite en suite bath with double vanity, a walk-in shower with a built-in bench, a TV, and a separate soaking tub. The lower level provides another bedroom with a TV and an en suite bath with a regular shower and a separate jetted tub, a sleeping area with a bunk bed and TVs, and a laundry room with a washer/dryer.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
