About this house rental
Welcome to our stunning 4-bedroom beach house, just a stone's throw away from the beach. This meticulously designed home offers a seamless blend of modern comfort and beachside charm. An open-concept layout, perfect for unwinding after a day spent on the beach. Wake up to the sound of seagulls and the scent of the ocean while sipping your morning coffee, or unwind with a glass of wine taking in amazing views on the balcony. Book your seaside escape and let the waves of relaxation wash over you.
This modern and homey oasis features 4 bedrooms with 5 beds (2 king, 2 queen, 1 sofa bed) and 3.5 baths. It has a paved stone driveway with space for 2 cars and a 2 car garage with a Tesla charger and beach amenities (towels, chairs, beach wagon, cornhole set).
The first floor features an open layout with a 70" TV, a large couch that seats 8 comfortably, a gas fireplace (available in non-summer months or 7+ day rentals upon request), and a dining room for 8. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker (starter pack included), a Nespresso, a toaster, and cooking essentials.
The second floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one with a rain shower and side-wall body jets. Each of the bedrooms has large, custom closets.
The third floor features a sun-drenched primary suite with a jacuzzi tub and shower. It also includes a seating area a few steps away from the 23" x 6" balcony. Sit on the balcony on the outdoor sectional or high-top table to enjoy the sunsets and panoramic views of the Long Island Sound.
There are three designated workspaces around the home for comfortable remote working. We provide smart technology throughout the home (3 Nest thermostats, Nest protect smoke detectors in every room, remote controlled blinds on third floor, smart doorbell, outdoor cameras, smart locks).
Additional amenities include an outdoor shower and propane grill.

Communication with Semir was ideal. The home is exactly as pictured, with lovely views of the water. It was everything we needed for our weekend visit to Milford.

This property was exactly what we were looking for to celebrate Christmas with our adult children and grandchild. The living room area is huge. We were able to set up a borrowed Christmas tree and hang stockings over the beautiful fireplace. The dining room is also large and was able easily accommodates 8 people. The kitchen has plenty of cooking space, a large gas range, and a big refrigerator. Two of the four bedrooms are massive, with private baths and separate sitting areas. (the entire third floor is an outstanding master suite with views of the ocean and a wonderful jaquazzi tub). The remaining 2 bedrooms are a nice size each with a big closet. There is a full size washer and dryer on the second floor.The location is so nice. We walked to the Walnut Beach coffee shop and restaurants each day. There is a nice playground for toddlers 2 blocks from the property. The beach is across the street. Semir was a wonderful host. Check In and Check Out was easy. Communication during our stay was great. We will definitely be back!

We had a great time at the house. The design of the house allowed for meaningful family time whether it was dinner on the first floor or late night convos on the third. Highly recommend for family beach stays!

The beach house was great. Quick access to the beach, roomy and perfect for our family. We stayed during a stressful family time and it was relaxing and grounding to be able to walk on the beach and swim in the ocean in such beautiful surroundings. Arrangements, check in and out went smoothly.
