The most precious time of the year is our vacation!
With 80 square meters of living space on a 585-square-meter natural lot right on the inland lake and just 100 meters from the top of the dike, our useMomme warmly invites up to 6 people to relax and unwind.
There’s something for everyone: endless walks along the dike or mudflat hikes, jogging, bike rides, windsurfing, horseback riding, and swimming in the North Sea or the inland lake. There are alternatives for every weather condition, such as Aqua Mundo at Center Parcs Nordseeküste, the Spielscheune, or numerous other attractions and excursion destinations on the Butjadingen Peninsula. And useMomme, with its secluded private property, offers the peace and quiet you need for reading, lounging, and snuggling up. Enjoying coffee and cake or a glass of wine on the dock, or savoring delicious barbecue with friends promises relaxation.
After much consideration, we’ve decided to rent out our useMomme as a pet-free property so that vacationers with allergies or sensitivities can also feel comfortable here. Our useMomme is a non-smoking home. Those who wish to smoke can do so comfortably on the covered terrace overlooking the lake.
We expressly note that by confirming your booking, you agree that this is a pet-free home and that this policy will be observed.
For our cycling enthusiasts, we offer a covered, lockable bike rack with charging stations for up to 6 e-bikes and mounting points for 2 bike racks. 
If you’re arriving in an electric car, our wallbox is available for charging.

On-site costs: Final cleaning and standard utility costs (water, gas, electricity up to 90 kWh) are already included in the rental price. Bed linens (€16.50) and towels (€9.50) can be booked separately upon request. Our vacation home is pet-free. The landlord requires a security deposit of €150.00. If you arrive in an electric car, the security deposit is €200.00 per week (please specify this when booking). You’re also welcome to charge your electric car using our wall box. Electricity consumption of up to 90 kWh per week is included in our utility costs. We will settle any excess consumption at the current rate of €0.49/kWh against your security deposit upon checkout. We do this to avoid having to calculate higher utility costs for all guests and to ensure that such costs are borne directly by the respective user only when necessary. We receive the meter readings digitally, so you don’t have to worry about taking readings or reporting them. In the event of excess consumption, we will, of course, send you photographic documentation of the meter readings on your arrival and departure dates.
