In just 15 minutes, you can walk to the beach along a scenic and peaceful path that follows a river.
The tranquil property is located in the exclusive Las Rotas neighborhood at the foot of Mount Montgó, a nature reserve and hiking area with plenty of undeveloped natural landscape and a great deal of privacy.
After entering the finca through an electric gate, you’ll discover the landscaped property, which spans 3,330 m². You’ll see majestic pine trees, shady cypresses, and palm trees, as well as a wide variety of cacti. The large pool is easily accessible via a staircase, making it relaxing for both young and old. The property includes additional buildings, such as a studio and a former horse stable with an adjoining paddock. The buildings are physically separated from the main house and, as part of the historic complex, are of course uninhabited.
A staircase leads you to the large covered terrace on the first floor, which offers a beautiful view and access to the pool and garden area. This comfortable, peaceful house, with its four bedrooms, can accommodate up to 8 people. Whether it’s a joint vacation for two families, a trip with grandchildren and grandparents, or a group of active vacationers—Finca Linda offers plenty of space and possibilities for many different group configurations.
The 107 m² living area consists of an entryway with a guest restroom, a spacious, bright living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one of which is en suite), a kitchen, and the partially covered terrace.
A spiral staircase leads down to the first floor, which offers 86 m² of living space. There is another bedroom there with a large bathroom and a separate toilet. The former garage, accessible via the same staircase, has been converted into a fitness and utility area, in addition to a laundry room with a washer-dryer combo.
On the same first floor—accessible through the utility area and separately from the outside—is another living area consisting of a bright living room, an additional bedroom, a bathroom, and a second covered terrace, which also provides access to the pool and garden area. Cars can be parked on the property under carports.
Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
Youth groups are not permitted.
