It is 5 miles from all UA sports stadiums and 6 miles from Downtown Tuscaloosa. Boating can be enjoyed at Lake Tuscaloosa or Lake Nicol, 4 miles away. Ol' Colony public golf course is only 1 mile away. A Tuscaloosa-favored coffee shop is a walk across the street, and a full grocery store is nearby.
This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There are 2 en-suites, both with queen beds. One en-suite has a walk-in shower with a separate soaking tub. The second en-suite has a walk-in shower. The third bedroom has a full bed with a pull-out twin bed and is close to the second bathroom. All mattresses are memory foam.
There is a full kitchen with plenty of dining space, including a table for 8 and a bar that seats 4. The game table seats 4 and has plenty of board games.
Outside, there is a screened-in patio. Here, you will find seating for 4 and a swing bed that can hold 3 adults. The patio is equipped with a TV, gas grill, and lights

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this home. It’s absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. The house has everything you could possibly need. The host was amazing—she responded quickly to any questions and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. We were there for a family Thanksgiving visit and had everything we could have asked for. I would happily stay here again. Highly recommend!

This house is better than it looks in the pictures. It is in a great location. The furniture in the house was very comfortable including the beds. The host was very helpful with pur first visit to Tuscaloosa.
