We live very close by but won't be invading your space.
We have lawn care that comes every other week, hot tub maintenance once a week, and someone that will be taking the trash out on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
Our waterway has ocean access with no fixed bridges. 75 ft of water front dockage so bring your big boat!
