Loved this house w/pool & pool table room. Came for my daughter’s Med School Graduation at Nova & was perfect! Loved the wildlife on the canal! Saw lots of iguanas!Bring couple garbage bags, coffee & filters, DW tabs-only had 1 there. Could use serving bowls as well! Outlets need updating! Several didn’t work!

We were initially impressed. However we found a chair in the outside patio that had the seat torn to shreds. The light in the kitchen did not work. The exhaust fan in the kitchen didn’t work. The sheets on at least one bed were not clean. Overall maintenance does not seem the best.

This was one of our best stays in Florida! Andrew was incredible! He communicated quickly and in perfect detail and was extremely accommodating. The house was spotless and perfect for our group! Everything was so amazing! I highly recommend this stay!

This is a nice property that looks like its pictures. Plenty of room for the 4 of us. The check in was easy . communication with the host was easy before and during the stay . The neighborhood was nice and clean and quiet .all in all it was a quality place for us to stay.

Check in/out process was super easy.Pool was nice size and warm. Outdoor space was okay -not well kept and a broken sauna is in the corner which probably has been there for many years the way it looks which was quite an eye soreThe fence in the backyard with direct access to the drive way did not have a lock on the gate which I think is a little unsafe.Light switches were hit or miss as well as the plug ins. Some light switches didn't control anything and some outlets only worked when certain light switches were on. Considering we are in a world where we need access to plug ins for almost everything it was a little frustrating to walk around the house figuring out which thing controlled which.When you walk into the house the entryway, dining room and kitchen are on a slightly elevated section compared to the rest of the house - HUGE fall risk if you have older adults with you, Even the kids would forget and step off wrong and stumble. Beds were super comfortable and bathrooms/showers were nice. Nice open kitchen. Comfortable couch in the living area and nice big TV to watch movies on after long day of swimming and activities. I would definitely work with this manager again if he has other proprieties because he was super nice and responded quickly to questions etc. but I don't think I would go back to this specific rental.

Stayed here with my daughter and granddaughter (at last minute my grandson couldn’t make it) Overall this was a nice property. Very spacious. Pool was nice but water too cold for us. Quiet neighborhood and pretty close to a Publix store. Not too far from airport and beaches. We did cook quite a few of our meals and found the kitchen could use several things but we did manage. There was not a single measuring cup or spoon. Limited amount of silverware - we kept running out and there was only 3 of us. Also could have used a couple large bowls. Several of the electrical outlets and switches didn’t work. I reported to owner and he promptly answered and said electrical problems were going to be fixed the following week. Only reason I didn’t recommended for toddler children was the unusual step down to living room and room with pool table.

This was such an amazing place to stay. The pool was fantastic! Had a group of 7 and the place was more than enough space and could hold 8 or 9 comfortably! Host was super responsive and accommodating with checkout times (never hurts to at least ask). Very friendly and we even had a slight issue with the microwave outlet but their property manager came almost immediately and fixed it. I highly highly recommend this place.

This property was spectacular for our family of 5. With two teens and a 10-year-old, it is crucial the kids have their own rooms but also entertainment. We swam, played pool and watched family TV but then we all had our own rooms to resort to for decompressing. Everything about this place was perfect. We loved sitting y the pool and looking at all the wildlife in the canal-iguanas, turtles, blue herons, fish, etc. Truly awesome. The house had everything we needed - plenty of towels, every kitchen utensil you could need. The host was so responsive to all of my questions and very accommodating. The neighborhood is very quiet and located where it’s easy to get everywhere. We were only 20 min from airport, 22 from beach and night life area, and 10 minutes from Chase Stadium. Highly recommend!
