Everything about the cabin was wonderful and it was the perfect spot to enjoy time with extended family over the holidays. It was spotless when we arrived, and we appreciated that even things like the throw blankets looked and smelled clean. The host had thoughtfully laid out everything we needed for hot cocoa and s’mores, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook our own meals. Our kids (and the grandparents) loved the arcade console, jigsaw puzzles, and corn holes. There was ample seating both inside and out on the patio for us all to gather and hang out. The proximity to the state park was also a huge plus and convenient for going out for day hikes. We would absolutely stay here again!

Our Christmas was one of our best vacations. The centerpiece of our vacation was the home. It hit every mark we were looking for. It was very modern country yet cozy in every way. They did not skimp on craftsmanship. It is chock full of fine details throughout the home. Including spacious bedrooms. A Huge shower that holds multiple people in the master bathroom. A nice hot tub. All of the amenities to cook a big dinner are provided. Everything you need to have a fire outside and roasting smores. Cozy fireplaces in the living and on the porch. Great for relaxing with coffee. Our kids stayed busy on the foosball table, cornhole boards and the arcade system upstairs. They had a blast! There are also multiple swings out back to unwind and take in the sounds. We had a total of 6 guests and we were plenty comfortable. The owners have created a special home to share. I urge anyone to book today. You won’t regret it.

Everything about this house was fantastic. Not only was it beautiful and cozy, but the kitchen was well stocked, plenty of games to play as well as a hot tub. Highly recommend.

The property host advertised that no animals were allowed, however, service animals were. My friend has a service animal. I wasn’t sure if she could make it or not until last minute and sure enough she made it. I know the difference between an emotional support animal and an actual service animal. We had documentation to prove that. When I asked if he needed it, he said documents weren’t necessary and regardless he was going to charge additional fees because no animals were allowed. He said, “You should have never arrived at the property with an animal the day of.” That absolutely ruined the entire trip and then proceeded to say that we still needed to clean the property. 1) put towels in the wash, 2) pull sheets off the mattress, 3) load the dishwasher and place them back in the cabinets, and etc, when he already charged a generous cleaning fee. What was the point of the cleaning fee if it felt like we were already cleaning up half the cabin? 4 days after him realizing he couldn’t get us for that additional charge, I get an email saying that I was being charged for damages and incidentals. Absolutely not! There were no damages from the adults at the cabin nor from my friend’s service dog. We were in no way destructive or disrespectful to his property. I was refraining from writing a negative review to ensure he kept his property in good standing but after he was trying to charge for something that we didn’t do, that was the last straw.
